Of course, most of the disaster areas have been occupied by the enemy and puppet troops, but many areas have never been occupied. The serious phenomenon now is the shortage of cultivated land, the carving of agricultural and sideline products, the loss of cattle and farm tools, the spread of diseases and the displacement of refugees. In a word, rural production is almost completely bankrupt, and farmers' lives are in despair. For example, Hunan used to be a rice-producing area, but now it feeds on grass roots and bark; Near Hengyang, three-thirds of two dead in every family is hungry. Twenty-three counties in western Henan were destroyed by the enemy and puppet troops, and so far they have lost more than 8 million tons of grain, more than 3 million houses, more than 300,000 livestock and more than 70 million farm tools. Silkworm rearing was originally a sideline, but more than half of the feeding equipment was lost. Among more than 60 counties in Anhui Province, more than 50 counties were affected, and nearly one million cows and more than three million farm tools were lost. Jiangxi, Guangxi, Guangdong and other provinces have similar situations. As for the deaths caused by diseases in various provinces and the refugees wandering outside, there is no statistics and it is impossible to count them. In other words, in one province of Guangxi, there are 3144,000 refugees, and1680,000 people are injured or disabled. There were 3.5 million casualties in Jiangxi, and more than 600,000 people were relocated/kloc-0. As for Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Yunnan and other provinces, under the rule of the Kuomintang one-party dictatorship, disasters such as drought, flood, wind disaster, locust plague and hail are well known to the people. China, a country based on agriculture, stood on the cusp of such a rural bankruptcy, and said that there was no economic crisis in China, which was simply a lie. That's just a trick of self-deception that the one-party leadership of the Kuomintang can't solve!

How can there be such a serious famine? The destruction of solid by the enemy and puppet troops is a main reason; However, why didn't you stop the enemy from advancing during the Anti-Japanese War? Isn't this the responsibility of the one-party dictatorship of the Kuomintang? It has been more than seven months since the enemy surrendered, but the famine is still expanding and getting worse. This situation is not limited to Hunan. Aren't all the Japanese prisoners to be sent now eating the food of ordinary people and still receiving "preferential treatment"? Moreover, there are still 3 million overseas Chinese in Japan to be repatriated, and they are still eating for nothing. It is not that the one-party dictatorship of the Kuomintang has delayed the repatriation of Japanese prisoners and overseas Chinese. Secondly, after the end of the Anti-Japanese War, the Kuomintang one-party dictatorship government did not really demobilize the whole army immediately, but continued to retain many regular troops and various ranks. Not long ago, something happened in Chongqing that was "disheveled and dragged into the army". These are also people who only consume food and are not engaged in production at all. Due to the above reasons, but also because of the resumption of civil war after the Japanese surrender, the civil war conspiracy of reactionaries is still burning; The civil war is going on, especially in the northeast, so the military supplies have never been reduced. In the bankrupt countryside, we have to bear the rations that we can't afford; Coupled with the harsh, intact and high prices, it has reached an unpredictable speed. How can it not cause famine everywhere? How can people stop yelling and ask for help everywhere? Hunan people put forward "giving effective relief quickly, exempting apportionment, delaying the distribution of 2.8 million bags of rations" and "stopping rations and quickly dispatching rangers and prisoners". The people of Hubei appealed: "The burden of military food is too heavy, and the county and township levels have set up names to disturb the people. I hope the authorities will help them quickly." Anhui deputies knelt down and demanded relief for rations, etc. All these are heartfelt appeals. This also proves that the cause of famine is really caused by the government of the one-party dictatorship of the Kuomintang, not anything else.

The one-party government of Kuomintang denies the existence of economic crisis; In the face of disaster relief, we completely rely on foreign countries, but do nothing. This irresponsible attitude is an unforgivable sin. People have no facts to prove that the government can really serve the people. Disaster relief, like fire fighting, must not be confused by delay or perfunctory. Now we should start from two aspects: palliative and permanent cure. Quickly distribute relief supplies, exempt from military rations and seize grain, and curb prices to solve the people's difficulties; At the same time, it is necessary to quickly repatriate Japanese prisoners and overseas Chinese, reorganize the army, and use all means to enable the victims in the disaster areas to start production and settlement. To be honest, the civil war of the reactionaries in the Kuomintang and the policy of maintaining one-party dictatorship are based on creating hunger and famine. If we are citizens, then we should not neglect the affairs of the country. The country does not belong to a person or a group, it belongs to all citizens of China. Its good or bad is closely related to us. It made a mistake, and citizens have the right to ask and investigate. This is the concept of citizenship. Don't treat the country as a foreign thing, let it be, and imagine that it will protect you, give you freedom and give you food. That's charity. Charity is never reliable. The ideal country should be a country where all levels of society have the right to speak, and there is a system in which you fight for rights fairly.

Similarly, if we have the concept of environmental protection and strive for the right to a good environment for ourselves, can the iron works still smoke all day long? The smell of chemicals is everywhere around our Huangli high school. Has anyone taken care of it? What should we do when nobody is in charge? When we do nothing, you are actually giving up your civil rights.
