Article 77 If a motor vehicle driver is under any of the following circumstances, the vehicle management office shall cancel his motor vehicle driving license:

(four) physical conditions are not suitable for driving a motor vehicle;

(6) Being found driving a motor vehicle after taking or injecting drugs, being in the process of community detoxification, compulsory isolation detoxification and community rehabilitation, or being addicted to psychotropic drugs for a long time;
