Nanjing Wuzhou Refrigeration Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1958, and was restructured into Nanjing Wuzhou Refrigeration (Group) Company in 1994. In 2004, it was renamed as Nanjing Wuzhou Refrigeration Group Co., Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture.
