The acceptance team believes that the Dayaogou Mine and Xiaolinghe Mine of Nanpiao Coal and Electricity Company comply with the requirements of the Liaoning Provincial Safety Committee's "Notice on Issuance" (Liaoning Committee [2019] No. 11), and agrees with the Piao Coal and Electricity Company's Dayaogou Mine and Xiaolinghe Mine have resumed production.

The acceptance team requires that Liaoning Nanpiao Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd. and its affiliated coal mines must conscientiously implement the relevant requirements on epidemic prevention and control of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, and the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters, and do We must implement various epidemic prevention and control measures well, reasonably control attendance, and ensure the health of employees; we must reasonably handle the relationship between epidemic prevention and control and safe production in accordance with the safety commitments of coal mines and enterprises, and ensure that epidemic prevention and control are foolproof.
