In order to meet the needs of establishing and perfecting the new situation of the socialist market economic system, the municipal government has comprehensively cleaned up 88 municipal government regulations and normative documents issued by 1994 to 1999 and 1065 1980 to 1999. After study, it was decided to abolish 14 municipal government regulations and 750 municipal government normative documents. This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

After cleaning up, 58 municipal government regulations issued by 1994 to 1999 were retained, and 16 were proposed to be revised; 246 normative documents of the municipal government issued from 1980 to 1999 are retained, and 69 are to be revised. The list of municipal government regulations and normative documents to be retained and revised is attached.
