Who has the rules for watching games in Olympic venues?

The Rules for Watching Olympic Games is an important watching policy issued by BOCOG to the audience according to the preparation requirements of the International Olympic Committee, which is of great significance to maintaining the safety of Olympic venues and the order of watching games. In the rules for watching Olympic venues issued by BOCOG, there are 22 regulations restricting events and behaviors, and 4 regulations prohibiting events and behaviors, which are basically the same as those of Sydney and Athens Olympic Games. The Rules for Watching Games in Olympic Venues set forth the specific requirements for watching games to the audience in friendly, euphemistic, concise and easy-to-understand language, which is not only strict and clear, but also fully embodies the characteristics of humanistic care.

BOCOG has also formulated the Measures for the Implementation of the Rules for Watching Games in Olympic Venues, which provides operational guidelines for staff to implement the rules uniformly, normatively, flexibly and properly and to deal with various phenomena and problems. From August, 2007 to May, 2008, we tested the feasibility and applicability of the Rules for Watching Games in Olympic Venues and its implementation methods in Lucky Beijing series of sports events, and won the understanding and general support of the audience.

Zhang, deputy director of the Volunteer Department of the Olympic Organizing Committee and director of the Olympic Audience Call Center, especially reminded the audience that before going to the Olympic venues to watch the games, they should carefully read the relevant provisions in the Rules for Watching the Games and make good preparations for watching the games, so that the audience can enjoy the Olympics more smoothly and happily.

Rules for watching games in Olympic venues

1. In order to maintain a safe, civilized and orderly environment for watching the games, these Rules are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant contracts of the International Olympic Committee and the Paralympic Games, and with reference to the practices of previous Olympic Games.

Two, these rules apply to the Olympic and Paralympic Games ticket holders, not to the Olympic and Paralympic Games registered personnel.

Third, the rules mainly include three aspects: restricted items, restricted behaviors, prohibited items and prohibited behaviors.

4. Restricted articles refer to articles that will be restricted to be carried or used in venues. Although it does not violate the law, it does not conform to the relevant management policies of the Olympic Games or Paralympic Games. Visitors are advised not to bring such items into the venue. The spectator service and security personnel at the security checkpoint will inspect the restricted articles and deal with them according to the implementation measures of the Rules for Watching Olympic Venues.

Restricted projects mainly include the following contents:

1, soft and hard packaging of drinks and foods. 2. Fragile articles and various containers, including but not limited to glasses, thermos cups, kettles, lunch boxes, etc. 3. Musical instruments, including but not limited to playing musical instruments and whistling. 4. Emergency watchbands that are inconvenient to bring into the seating area, such as bags, mobile phone belts and other personal items. 5. Flags and flagpoles of countries that have not participated in the Olympic and Paralympic Games with a length of more than 2 meters or a width of more than 1 meter. 6. Any banners, slogans and leaflets, including but not limited to commercial, religious, political, military, territorial, human rights, environmental protection, animal protection and other promotional materials and exhibits. 7. Any unauthorized professional camera equipment. 8. Sharps such as knives, bats, long sticks, umbrellas with long handles, cameras, camera stands, or articles that are easy to cause personal injury. 9, lighters, matches and other ignition devices. 10, animals other than guide dogs. 1 1. 5. Restrictive behavior. It refers to the behavior that does not violate the law, but does not conform to the relevant management policies of the Olympic Games or Paralympic Games, and may interfere with the order of venues, venue environment, athletes or other spectators. Venue staff will deal with this behavior in accordance with the implementation measures of the Rules for Watching Olympic Venues.

Restrictive behavior mainly includes the following contents:

1, not seated. 2. Smoking in the non-smoking area. 3. Climb over the guardrail, step on the seat, and throw objects at the competition venue and audience seats. 4. Bring the stroller or wheelchair into the barrier-free seating area. 5. Enter non-audience areas, such as VIP areas, work areas and competition venues. 6. Holding an umbrella in the seating area, standing for a long time, etc. to block others' sight or influence others to watch the game. 7. Television broadcast or video recording with professional equipment in the venue without authorization. 8. Deliberately display and publicize business logos on clothing and personal items, collectively wear services with the same or similar design, color tone or business logo, and deliberately display any company name, product, brand or image. 9. Any unauthorized publicity, promotion and exhibition activities, any fund-raising activities, and distribution of promotional materials or products with corporate logos in venues. 10. Other behaviors that distract the attention of participating athletes, technical officials and coaches, affect the smooth progress of the competition or prevent others from watching the competition, including but not limited to taking photos with flash, entering the venue obviously drunk, disobeying personnel management, etc.

6. Prohibited articles and behaviors refer to articles and behaviors that violate the existing laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC). Once found, the venue staff will immediately report to the security department for handling according to law. Articles and behaviors prohibited in Olympic venues include:

1, carrying guns, ammunition, crossbows, daggers and other control devices; Flammable materials such as fireworks, corrosive materials and radioactive materials prohibited by laws and regulations of China. 2. Siege referees, athletes or other staff. 3. Any form of gambling. 4. Any procession, sit-in, demonstration, streaking, etc. that disturbs the order of on-site activities and violates the laws and regulations of China.
