At the National Kumquat Technology Research Conference held in Ningbo, Zhejiang, 1985 was rated as the first in China; In 1988 national kumquat seminar, the yield, quality and quality ranked first; 1993 won the gold medal for high-quality fruit products and scientific and technological achievements in China; 1995 won the gold medal at the national new technology products fair, so it is known as the "hometown of kumquat". In recent years, the town party committee and government have clearly put forward the economic development idea of "rich kumquat town, strong bamboo town and stable agricultural town", which has accelerated the pace of agricultural industrial structure adjustment and the comprehensive development of mountainous areas has begun to take shape. The third meeting of the 13th People's Congress of the town identified kumquat production as the pillar industry of the rural economic development of the town, and made kumquat articles. At the same time, in line with the principle of "forest is suitable for forest, fruit is suitable for fruit and bamboo is suitable for bamboo" and the principle of "optimizing varieties, improving quality and increasing benefits", we will vigorously promote the comprehensive development of mountainous areas and agriculture. In 2003, 365,438 mu of grafted kumquat was newly planted, which laid the foundation for the follow-up financial resources and improved the benefit of forest resources in Jiangjun Town, and made the kumquat in our town gradually move towards scale and industrialization.
