Military training summary of instructors

Military training has been over for a long time. Calm down and think about the training for more than 20 days. I think I have gained a lot, which can be summarized as follows:

1. Retraining period: During the retraining period, I feel very challenging, because it is difficult for a battalion commander to bring fourteen instructors. Especially for me, I'm just a platoon leader of the simulation camp. How can the instructors below trust me? I think I should set an example by being strict with myself and myself first, and then organize instructors in the form of "private contract", "full contract" and "old rules", which has achieved good results.

Second, during military training: I feel that I have gained the most in this process. These gains come from many aspects, such as organizing the training process, coordinating various relationships, organizing large-scale activities, learning the style of each comrade-in-arms, and learning from teachers and officers. Through these observations and studies, we have accumulated a lot of valuable experience in leading troops.

1, group training and training: I feel very comfortable in this process, mainly because of the experience of the first two instructors (a platoon leader and a company commander), which makes me have a good understanding of the problems that are easy to occur in the military training process, how to solve them and some common training methods, so the group training and training are very smooth. This also reflects a problem: everything in the army must start at the grassroots level.

2. The harvest of coordination: This work is very important and challenging, and I feel that coordination is not particularly good. Mainly because I can't let go of my student status. When coordinating the relationship between instructors and faculty teachers, I sometimes make my comrades suffer a little.

3. Learn the style of leading troops by comrades-in-arms: "wild type"-the instructor is cheerful, unrestrained, versatile, bold and innovative, and can blend in with the students. Whenever he leads the team, it gives people a sense of screaming, and the training atmosphere is relaxed and active, but the effect is very good. For example, the team led by Liang Jianjiang, Liang Jianjiang, Liang Jianjiang, Liang Jianjiang, Liang Jianjiang, and Mai, the students they lead are very happy no matter what they do. However, they are very friendly to students. For example, Comrade Liang Jianjiang and Comrade Lai Jian paid for coke and milk tea for students when they were good, which made people feel very warm.

"Quiet type"-the tutor is calm and low-key, but thoughtful, doing more and talking less, and is very concerned about the students. The students really admire the instructors, and the leaders are quiet (such as Lai Jian), but they perform well at key times.
