2. For the Hubei region:

(1) Starting from January 30, all Times, Xiangling, and Ruiwo customers in the Hubei region will implement free outing rescue.

(2) If customers are unable to be rescued or enter the station due to restrictions on vehicle traffic due to the epidemic, notify the customer through the 400 hotline or service station for repair at the nearest location, keep the receipt, and reimburse the maintenance cost through the service station.

3. For the national region (including Hubei):
