Kaili City is located in the southeast of Guizhou Province and the northwest of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, and is the capital of the autonomous prefecture. Kaili Pavilion is located on Longshan Mountain in the north of Kaili City, with an altitude of 763.5 meters. It was built in the late Ming Dynasty. Standing on the top floor of Kuixing Pavilion and looking south, you can see the beautiful Kaili New Town. Zhouxi Miao Village is located 20 kilometers south of Kaili City, Guizhou Province. It got its name because it could sail in the past. Miao, Mulao and other ethnic groups live together, and their Lusheng production, weaving and embroidery have long enjoyed a good reputation. There are Gazui Cave, Wenchang Pavilion and Miaohuaqiao ruins in the territory, and there is a lusheng hall with fragrant sachets at the river sand dam in Shangzhaijiao, Zhouxitun, which is more than 500 meters long and 100 meters wide. Every year from the 16th to 20th day of the first lunar month, Lusheng Festival is held here. The scene is spectacular and the scale is getting bigger and bigger, with a population of 30,000 to 40,000. It is one of the largest Lusheng pavilions in southeastern Guizhou.
