On 20 13, worker Jiang Xiqun was injured by a coal truck while mining, and suffered multiple fractures, which was identified as grade 9 disability.

According to the analysis of local insiders, the villagers came into contact with the coal mine from the stalagmite coal mine and learned about the compensation for work-related injuries. Later, the men in the village went out of the mountains to dig coal in local coal mines such as Shanxi and Shaanxi, and most of these coal mines were small coal mines or black coal mines with poor safety conditions. In the village, locals can be seen everywhere playing mahjong in the living room on the first floor, and a group of people are watching.

According to local people, Fuxiang Wang, Wang and others who appeared in the indictment of Inner Mongolia prosecutors are addicted to gambling at ordinary times. "The money earned by killing people, except some houses, is used for gambling."

On May 30th, 20 16, the public prosecutor of Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region announced that 74 defendants in a series of cases of intentional homicide and forgery of mine accidents to defraud compensation were prosecuted.

With the 74 defendants brought to justice, the series of blind wells has gradually become history, but the hidden social problems and evil human nature behind this case have to make us think deeply.
