Intensify the supervision and investigation of all kinds of water-related cases, focus on major cases, supervise, guide and investigate illegal water-related cases such as illegal shaft sinking, refusal to pay water charges, illegal sand mining in rivers, illegal obstacles, and destruction of water conservancy projects, and achieved remarkable results. This year, we mainly investigated and dealt with-cases of illegal damage to dikes at high speed,-cases of schools refusing to pay water resources fees and many cases of illegal sand mining in urban areas. We also jointly investigated and dealt with the case of Central Plains Expressway-Station refusing to pay the water resource fee, the case of defaulting on the project water fee, the case of illegal shaft sinking in a100,000 ton cardboard project site, and the case of illegal shaft sinking in the relatives' hospital of Houxie Township Government. According to statistics, since the beginning of this year, the detachment has directly investigated and dealt with cases 15, dismantled 45 sets of illegal sand mining equipment and more than 20 illegal sand mining vessels, and fined more than 20,000 yuan, effectively curbing the occurrence of wading cases. Due to the leadership's attention, effective measures, proper work and obvious results in law enforcement, the city's water order has further improved.

Three, strengthen law enforcement inspection, straighten out the water administrative law enforcement system.

Our city has a large river basin, long rivers and dense water conservancy facilities, which brings heavy water administrative law enforcement tasks and unreasonable county management system. Through a series of effective measures, such as strengthening law enforcement inspection, strengthening law enforcement supervision, and carrying out joint law enforcement, the supervision, coordination and guidance of water administrative supervision in districts and counties have been strengthened, the water administrative law enforcement system has been basically straightened out, the law enforcement network linked by cities and counties has been initially formed, and the water administrative law enforcement and management work in the whole city has been promoted.

Four, the prevention of water cases, do a good job of guidance and publicity.

According to the requirements of the Bureau, a special campaign for the protection of drinking water sources in Weihe River was launched in May this year to stop and discourage the acts of washing, swimming and dumping garbage, and set up more eye-catching warning signs on four riverbanks according to the characteristics of the lot, the distribution of personnel and the pollution degree; In accordance with the unified arrangements of the municipal party committee and the municipal government and the arrangement of our bureau, we will participate in the action to control the dirty river, publicize, post and distribute publicity notices, and clean up the dance halls and river fish cages under urban bridges and culverts.

On the legal publicity days such as World Water Day, China Water Week and 12.4, we actively participated in various forms of extensive publicity, and vividly explained the relevant provisions and systems of the new water law to the masses, which was deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. In the process of law enforcement, publicity is carried out while enforcing the law, and with the help of extensive publicity of news media, illegal cases involving water are tracked and reported in various forms, so as to expand the influence of cases, create a good atmosphere for water control according to law, and achieve good publicity results.
