Third, advocate not returning to China or leaving Thailand unless necessary. The mobility and gathering of people will increase the risk of infection, especially in middle and high risk areas. All towns and villages should actively make arrangements for foreigners, contact and persuade them in advance, guide foreigners not to go home unless necessary, and try to remember their ancestors by sending messages and remembering at home to reduce the risk of virus transmission.
