1. The owners who take part in the school bus in our school are the vehicle owner and the driver (the school bus party, hereinafter referred to as Party B).

2. 3. The school bus provided by Party B shall not be scrapped cars, deck cars, fake annual inspection cars or vehicles without annual inspection. Vehicles must meet the national safety standards, complete procedures, and hold all kinds of legal documents to ensure the smooth flow of school buses and the smooth transfer of students. Otherwise, all consequences, legal and economic responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B (including safety accidents, vehicle seizure, fines, licenses, detained documents, etc. ). In addition, copies of all legal documents of Party B shall be kept by the school.

4. Party B must be equipped with 1-2 car attendants, who are responsible for the order and safety of students getting on and off, crossing the road and driving every day. (Note: The vehicle attendant must fill in the Vehicle Attendant Record carefully and submit it to the teacher on duty for verification before driving away).

5. In the process of picking up and dropping off students, if there is a delay due to vehicle failure or other reasons, Party B must find a car to pick up and drop off students on time, and shall not pay the students for their own way back to school or home, and shall not leave the students alone, and Party B shall bear the adverse consequences or economic security responsibilities arising therefrom.

6. Party B shall pick up students according to the designated route and pick-up point, and shall not change the route and pick-up point without authorization. If there is any change, it will be decided by the school leader; Party B shall safely return to the designated pick-up point, and students shall not miss or pick up, and shall not send students to the pick-up point in advance, otherwise all adverse consequences shall be borne by Party B. ..

Seven, Party B has the responsibility and obligation to deal with emergencies during the airport pick-up. (1), in the process of picking up and dropping off students, take timely measures to protect students and report to the public security organ in time; (2) In case of vehicle traffic accident, take timely rescue measures to protect the scene and report to relevant departments. () In case of an emergency, if it is ignored and allowed to develop, Party B will be investigated for legal responsibility.

8. During the transportation of students, the driver of Party B shall drive in a civilized and safe manner, and shall not abuse or insult students or parents, and shall not quarrel with them. Keep the inside and outside of the vehicle clean and tidy, ensure that the vehicle facilities are complete and effective, and must be equipped with effective fire fighting equipment.

Nine, in the process of pick-up, due to the driver's illegal or improper operation, resulting in an accident, the driver or the owner shall bear all economic losses and legal responsibilities. No drunk driving, smoking while driving, answering the phone, talking with others and speeding.

X the vehicles provided by party b will pick up and drop off students every day according to the time and route specified by party a, so as to ensure the normal time for students to go to and from school. During the pick-up and drop-off, in case of vehicle failure, Party B must dispatch other qualified vehicles to pick up and drop off, and the expenses shall be borne by Party B. ..

Xi。 In the process of picking up the car, the documents and procedures are complete, and if the driver intentionally violates the traffic rules or fails to bring all the relevant documents, the fine shall be borne by Party B; In case of overload, the traffic police department will deduct the license and impose a fine, and all expenses will be borne by Party B. ..

12. Party B shall pay Party A RMB 3,000 (￥ 3,000) as a risk deposit. If Party B fails to abide by this responsibility letter during the school bus pick-up, Party A will not refund the risk deposit to Party B. ..

13. Party A has the right to supervise the condition of the vehicles provided by Party B. If the vehicles are excessively damaged or fail to meet the safety standards, Party A has the right to cancel the pick-up qualification of the school bus party at any time.

14. Party A has the right to bring vehicles and school bus drivers into the unified administrative management of the school and obey the deployment. Party B must attend the safety study meetings organized by Party A on time and put them in place, and will not participate in the detention of 20 yuan.

15. Party A has the right to post the publicity slogan and unit logo it deems necessary on the vehicle body provided by Party B. ..
