After consulting a lot of data and consulting experts, I put forward a new treatment scheme to the leaders: according to the site conditions and the bearing requirements of the site, as long as the soil replacement treatment is carried out within the depth of 0.8 meters, the settlement can be completely avoided and the use requirements can be met. 2. Manage the safety of the construction site of Railway Institute. For the construction site, effective safety control is the fundamental guarantee for the smooth progress of the construction project. No security, nothing! According to the project division of labor, I am mainly responsible for the safety management of the project. The safety directors of two supervision units of the Institute of Iron and Steel Engineering are experienced. Although the Second and Third Bureau of the General Contractor are national super-class construction enterprises, the technical level and job responsibilities of the safety management personnel in their project departments are far from meeting the needs of on-site safety management. It is impossible to fully discover the potential safety hazards existing in the site, and it is also impossible to properly rectify the problems found. To this end, on the one hand, we make full use of supervision, require the supervision unit personnel to make daily inspections in place, notify the general contractor as much as possible when problems are found, and at the same time make use of half a day to conduct special safety inspections every week to urge them to make rectification. Second, in view of the uneven technical level and inconsistent standards of the participating units, the model is used to guide the site safety management, and at the same time, the construction unit is required to formulate the construction site safety management control points as the management basis. The third is to organize the supervision to hold a special meeting with the safety personnel of the general contractor and subcontractors, draw out the responsibility area and responsibility building of the safety personnel of the general contractor and subcontractors, and ask them to keep an eye on hidden dangers, solve one problem before solving the next one, and resolutely repel irresponsible personnel at the same time. 3. Manage the reserved embedment of hydropower projects of the Institute of Iron and Steel Engineering. Although the amount of water and electricity installation is not large, it is very important to reserve and embed. To this end, we have taken the following measures. First of all, before the construction, we will hold a disclosure meeting attended by our company, supervision, general contractor, subcontracting and other units to instill our company's requirements and standards for the quality of this project, unify our thinking, exert pressure, and inform our company of the policy of rewarding the superior and punishing the inferior until the person in charge of the subcontracting site. Second, the general contractor is required to make a special plan for pre-embedding, and take out specific quality control measures for every detail and quality common fault. Third, the model leads. Before each project construction, the general contractor needs to make a high-standard model as the basis for future construction. Fourth, at the beginning of formal construction, find fault and whip. Enlarge and deal with small problems, so that the construction unit can't take it lightly in future construction. The fifth is to continue to spur and manage with high pressure, adhere to the principle of never letting go of a problem, and let the construction unit have a sense of awe. In this way, through more than half a year's efforts, the pre-embedded reservation in the first structural stage has been basically completed, and the overall quality has been greatly improved compared with the first one.

At present, in the construction market, there are few construction units that are deeply responsible for the project like us, but I think we have not done enough, because our quality goal is high-quality projects and century-old projects, and we must go deeper, and because the sense of responsibility and technical level of managers of construction units and supervision units are declining, we must go deeper.

However, extended management is only the beginning for us to create quality projects and century-old projects. In my opinion, if we really want to achieve this goal, we should extend management while refining management. The best way is to refine the project quality management. Establish our company's own engineering quality management standards, which should be very specific and detailed, accurately describe the quality standards that each subproject should achieve, and what are the control points to achieve the standards? How to eliminate common quality problems? What work must be done and we can't let go, otherwise it won't meet our requirements. The whole company strictly abides by this standard. In this way, we can try to avoid the risks caused by different levels, experiences and ways of doing things. So that every employee of the company, no matter where he comes from, can complete the work according to the same working concept, the same working method and the same quality standard.

To build a high-quality project, I think it is necessary to establish a set of standardized, refined, standardized and institutionalized things to guide and constrain, so that we can get better and better on the road of building a high-quality project and a century-old project.
