The bus was driving rapidly on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway. The industrial zones along the way were being developed in full swing. I can’t tell which is heaven and which is earth! The industrial area that has been built is also brightly lit; production is underway overtime! Most industrial plants have three floors... Placards can be seen everywhere on the highway; "Time is life, time is money"; under the mottled light, they flash by... And in this scene, although I am hungry, It was rolling, but it was still unsatisfying excitement, it seemed that good times were coming soon...

Around 23:00, we finally arrived at the destination (No. 1 Labor and Employment Agency in Longgang District, Shenzhen). It is midnight, the dark night sky is full of stars hidden deep in the clouds. Does it mean that tomorrow will be another sunny day?

That night, I stayed at the five-story hotel of the district employment agency (the first floor is the district employment agency office, The second and third floors are used for on-site recruitment and training of migrant workers coming to Shenzhen). Early the next morning, the professional trafficker (the person in charge of labor dispatch) who accompanied us asked us to pay a job introduction fee of 120 yuan in the lobby on the first floor (three opportunities)... …

In March in Shenzhen, the southern country, the sun is bright, warm and humid. The flower beds on the side of the road are filled with lush and tall beauty trees. The thick branches, leaves and flowers are as red as fire and as yellow as Dazzling; and the banyan tree on the side of the road looks like an old grandfather, with beards hanging down from the branches. The spring breeze blows, like an old grandfather gently stroking his beard with his hands...Motorcycles are filling the streets carrying passengers. To a foreigner like me, the various living beings in the street scene are all novel and surprising! The first impression of this city is fixed in my memory...

At this time, it was just when the reform and opening up trend in Guangdong was intensifying, and long-distance buses were packed with workers. Workers gather in these labor markets, and the flow of migrant workers is like goods on an assembly line, never ending; in just over an hour, men and women with hunched luggage on their shoulders, faces still full of youthfulness and longing for future life, are crowded. In the halls on the first, second and third floors, large and small bags of luggage are piled haphazardly in the corner of the door; the North and South accents from all over the country are spoken, and in this hall of several hundred square meters, it is chaotic and noisy! Some wear cotton-padded clothes, some wear sweaters, and some wear short-sleeved T-shirts and shirts. Colorful clothing is also a great sight...

Liuhe Factory is a yellow three-story building. It is in the second row of the industrial area. The three floors in the middle are the production workshop, the first floor workshop, the second floor warehouse, and the third floor is the injection and painting workshop; the three floors on the left are the factory office on the first floor, and the dormitories on the second and third floors (the boss and his servants are on the second floor, There are about seven or eight rooms on each floor; the third floor is the management dormitory); the three floors on the right are rented by other companies; the employee dormitories are in a building behind the factory...
