Outpatient treatment instructions

01. The hospital's outpatient clinics implement a real-name system, and fully implement time-sharing and staggered medical treatment times.

02. Patients and accompanying persons are required to bring their identity documents and mobile phones, and actively cooperate with the staff in scanning QR codes, taking temperature, registering information, and conducting epidemiological investigations. They are not allowed to conceal their travel history in key areas related to the epidemic. Or history of contact with suspected persons, etc.

03. You must wear a medical mask correctly and effectively throughout the entire process when entering the hospital outpatient department. Those without a mask will not be allowed to enter.

04. If you have symptoms related to COVID-19 such as fever, cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, please take the initiative to inform us.

05. Please consciously abide by the hospital's "one doctor, one patient, one clinic" regulations. Patients are asked to enter the clinic in an orderly manner. Accompanying patients are not allowed to enter the clinic if the patient's condition permits. Please actively cooperate with the guidance staff to complete the secondary pre-examination and triage before seeing a doctor, and re-take your temperature before entering the clinic.

Hospitalization Instructions

01. All patients and accompanying persons must undergo nucleic acid testing before hospitalization. While actively treating patients, emergency patients are being screened for COVID-19 infection and placed in transitional wards. After negative nucleic acid test results, they are transferred to general wards.

02. The ward strictly implements 24-hour access control and no visits are allowed. We hope for your understanding and cooperation. Visits in the form of phone calls, WeChat messages, text messages, videos, etc. are encouraged. Patients and accompanying persons are not allowed to leave the ward without permission during hospitalization.

03. Each inpatient can only have one accompanying person at most, and the accompanying persons are also required to undergo nucleic acid testing. People from key areas are not allowed to accompany people, and they are not allowed to change their escorts.

04. Patients and attendants must wear masks correctly during hospitalization, and are not allowed to gather to chat or visit each other in the ward.

Instructions for nucleic acid testing

1. For outpatients and attendants who need to collect nucleic acid, the doctor will issue a test sheet and go to the nucleic acid collection point of the fever clinic on the east side of the main building of the hospital to collect it;

2. Fever patients and people with relevant symptoms in risk areas go directly to fever clinics for treatment, screening and nucleic acid collection.
