First, the scope of students participating in two-way selection

The scope of students participating in this double election meeting is:

Peking University Institute of Software and Microelectronics, 20 16, Freshman Master. Including master students with professional degrees who entered the school in February 20 16 and September 20 16.

Students who do not participate in this double election meeting include:

1. Students confirmed by the tutor when their certificates are changed to double certificates;

2. Students whose research interests are communication and applied electronics, optoelectronics and applied electronics;

3.MEM students and second-degree students will not participate in this double-election meeting for the time being, and the time of the double-election meeting will be announced separately;

4. Master of Engineering, Doctor of Engineering and Doctor of Engineering will not participate in this double election.

5. Jointly train students with the Institute of Molecular Medicine.

Second, the double choice rule.

This double election will be conducted by using the comprehensive information service platform of the college, and it will be conducted in a way of "two rounds of two-way selection and teacher-student collaboration". Teachers and students choose two rounds from each other. First, students choose their tutor, and then the tutor chooses students from the list of students who choose themselves. After two rounds of mutual selection, the students who were not selected by the tutors and the tutors who could not recruit enough places entered the coordination stage, and the heads of various fields coordinated to determine the guidance relationship.

The first round of the double-election meeting is the tutor selection stage for students: **3 days.

The second round of double election is the stage for students to choose their tutors: **2 days.

The second round of the double-election meeting is the tutor selection stage: **2 days.

Coordination stage: ** 1 day

1, information confirmation stage:

Students need to log in to the system to view personal information. Please focus on verifying whether the user name and password can be logged in normally and whether the personal research direction is accurate. At the same time, please be sure to update your mobile phone number and email address in the system (this is very important, otherwise you may not receive the relevant notice from your tutor). If you find that your personal information is wrong, please contact the Academic Affairs Office in time to modify it.

2, the first round of double election (students choose the tutor stage)

At this stage, students can choose a tutor and modify their choices.

3. The first round of double-election meeting (the stage of selecting students by tutors)

At this stage, the tutor chooses the students.

4, the second round of double election (students choose tutor stage)

At this stage, students can log in to the Double Election System to check the results of the first round of Double Election. If you are selected by the tutor, the relationship between teachers and students is determined, and the double choice is over. If you are not selected, you must take part in the second round of double election.

In the second round of double-selection, students can only choose tutors whose places are not full after the first round.

5, the second round of double election (tutor selection stage)

At this stage, the tutor chooses the students. After this stage, students can check the results of their second round of double elections on the double elections system. If you are selected by the tutor, the relationship between teachers and students is determined, and the double choice is over. If you are not selected, you will automatically enter the coordination stage.

6. Coordination phase

At this stage, the heads of various fields coordinate and help the students who are not selected and the tutors who are not full to determine the teacher-student relationship. After this stage, students can check their final double-election results on the double-election meeting system.
