In XX, the per capita net income of farmers was 4,528 yuan, the village committee owned 300 acres of ponds and a fruit trading market, and the village income was 50,000 yuan.

4. Do practical things sincerely. Over the past year, * * * has invested 980,000 yuan to implement five infrastructure projects, including village drinking water projects. With the support of the supporting unit (6,543,800 yuan invested by * * *), a drinking water project with a water supply scale of 470 tons/day was built with an investment of 500,000 yuan, which solved the problem of water shortage in villagers' daily life and production. Using the reservoir funds to invest 280,000 yuan to build the 48-meter-long cement bridge Houban Bridge, and improve the traffic conditions of Houban near 1000 mu orchard. The investment of 6.5438+0.8 million yuan completed the hardening of the village road for 2 kilometers, which improved the traffic conditions of the natural village. Invested 20,000 yuan to build a primary school basketball court, and with the help of the county cultural and sports bureau, a villagers' leisure activity center was built. Invested more than 30,000 yuan to carry out household cleaning actions and purchase garbage cans and transport vehicles. , improved the village appearance.

5. Do your work seriously. Put the family planning work in the village on the agenda and make unremitting efforts. Do a good job in the construction of peace village, vigorously publicize the party's laws and regulations, organize villagers to learn legal knowledge, improve villagers' legal awareness, and run publicity columns regularly and irregularly. The village has established a duty system. During the holiday flood control period, the cadres of the two committees are on duty day and night, and the backbone and militia of party member are organized to patrol voluntarily to ensure the safety of the village and prevent accidents and accidents. They are rated as 260 safe households, 35 advanced households and 22 central households. Our village belongs to the immigrant village in the county reservoir area, with a total of 450 immigrant households with a population of 1838. The registration work is long and involves a wide range. Looking back on the work of the past year, I feel that sending cadres should not only become the "propaganda team" of the party, but also act as the "seeder" of the party. After staying in the village for about one year, I really feel that selecting party member cadres to work in the village is an important content of innovating the working mechanism of staying in the village, an urgent need to solve the outstanding problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers and accelerate the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way in the village, an important measure to consolidate the party's ruling foundation and innovate the work of village grassroots organizations, and an effective way to train and train cadres and maintain and practice party member's advanced nature. After working in the village for more than a year, I have been basically familiar with the situation in the village, and I have taken a good step in my work in the village and played a good chess game. Personally, I feel that I have benefited a lot, not only enriching my experience in grassroots work in towns and villages, but also accumulating methods to coordinate mass work and enhancing my ability to grasp the overall situation. I deeply feel that the service in the village must adhere to "two points": first, we must be full of enthusiasm; Second, be down-to-earth. The so-called "full of enthusiasm" means to have deep feelings for residents and farmers, treat farmers as brothers and friends, think about what they think and worry about them. Always talk to farmers, listen to their opinions and voices, and take farmers' affairs as your own business. The so-called "down-to-earth" means that we should be practical in our work and seek development according to the village conditions. We should not make blind wishes, nor should we make too many wishes. This is also the way and method of working in the village. Specifically, don't aim too high in your work, don't be too impetuous, and don't be too eager to achieve success. Don't do the impossible, don't publicize what hasn't been done yet.
