Chapter III Prevention and Control

Chapter IV Monitoring and Testing

Without the consent of himself or his guardian, no unit or individual may disclose his name, address, work unit, portrait, medical records and other information that may infer his specific identity.

Thirty-third staff of medical and health institutions shall promptly inform themselves of the fact that they are infected with HIV and AIDS patients, and give medical guidance; If I am a person without capacity or with limited capacity, I shall notify my guardian.

HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients shall inform their spouses or those who have sex with them within one month after learning the positive results, or entrust disease prevention and control institutions to inform their spouses or those who have sex with them on their behalf; If HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients do not inform or entrust to inform, the disease prevention and control institutions have the right to inform their spouses or people who have sex with them and provide medical guidance.

Thirty-fourth judicial administrative and public security departments shall conduct AIDS monitoring and testing for the supervisors in prisons, detention centers, compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers, detention centers and other regulatory places, and provide medical services for HIV-infected people and AIDS patients.

The health administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall provide technical support and cooperation for the AIDS detection and treatment of the supervised personnel.

When an HIV-infected person or AIDS patient who is detained or supervised is allowed to leave the supervision place according to law, the supervision institution shall promptly notify the disease prevention and control institution of his domicile or habitual residence.
