Second, the project overview

This project is a scaffold for the roof steel frame construction of the piano room building of Sichuan Conservatory of Music. The roof height is 54.7 meters, and the steel frame installation height is 53.65438+ meters. 47. 1m standard high-rise and 50.2m standard high-rise have some windows that can be used as support points for scaffolding bases. In addition to (5G), (5F), (5C) and (5D) axes, other measures have been taken to support scaffolding, and there are no windows on these axes or windows under the steel frame but they cannot be used.

In this project, the 50.2m standard high-rise roof adopts full steel pipe frame as scaffold for steel frame decoration construction, and cantilever hanger is adopted between (5b) and (5g) axes.

The third is the vertical transportation of materials.

Because the steel pipes used in scaffolding cannot be transported to the roof by elevator or stairs, lifting equipment must be set on the roof. Our company plans to set up a hanging basket frame on the roof to transport steel pipes and other materials needed for scaffolding. After the construction of roof decorative steel frame is completed, steel pipes and other materials will be transported downstairs and removed.

Fourth, the erection of scaffolding

① Requirements for raw materials

1 steel pipe

Scaffolds are all made of Ф 48× 3.5 steel pipes, vertical rods, main rails and diagonal braces are made of single 4 ~ 6m steel pipes, and small rails are made of 2 ~ 5m steel pipes to adapt to the change of scaffold width.

The steel pipe shall be No.3 ordinary steel pipe specified in the current national standard "Straight Welded Steel Pipe" (GB/T 13793) or "Welded Steel Pipe for Low Pressure Fluid Transportation" (GB/T3092), and the quality shall meet the requirements of Q235-A grade steel in the national standard "Carbon Structural Steel" (GB/T70), and the steel pipe shall have the factory certificate.

2, fasteners and base

The materials of new fasteners and bases shall comply with the provisions of steel tube scaffold couplers (GB 1583 1). When the tightening torque of bolts reaches 65N.m, the fasteners shall not be damaged. Fasteners and bases shall have certificates of conformity and match the specifications of the shelves. Products with brittle crack, deformation or slippery thread are strictly prohibited, and the minimum distance at the opening of fasteners shall not be less than 5 mm; The movable part of the fastener should make it rotate flexibly, and the gap between the two rotating surfaces of the rotating fastener should not be less than1mm.

3. Scaffolding

Scaffolding is made of wooden scaffolding, and its material shall conform to the provisions of the current national standard Code for Design of Timber Structures (GBJ5) on secondary materials. Scaffolding thickness should not be less than 50 mm, with two galvanized steel wires with a diameter of 4 mm at each end.

4. I-beam

Cantilever adopts I-beam 16. The quality shall meet the requirements of Q235-A grade steel in the national standard Carbon Structural Steel (GB/T70).

1 scaffold base

The scaffold foundation of this project is erected on the roof panel, and the base and pad must be set at the bottom of the vertical pole. The stow-wood shall be made of boards not less than 20×5cm, and the length of each stow-wood shall be not less than 2m.

2, the erection of scaffolding

The erection height of double-row steel pipe scaffold is 4.8m The distance between vertical poles is ≤ 1.5m, and the step distance is ≤1.6m. Vertical and horizontal sweeping poles are set at the bottom of the frame, and the sweeping poles are 200mm away from the ground. The longitudinal sweeping rod is arranged and fixed on the upright post according to the length, and the transverse sweeping rod is fixed on the upright post at the lower side of the longitudinal sweeping rod.

(2) horizontal pole, scaffolding

Both ends of the transverse horizontal bar are fixed on the longitudinal horizontal bar through right-angle fasteners. The protruding length of one end of the horizontal rod against the wall shall not exceed 0.42m.

Scaffolding: the edge of the frame body is provided with long handrail steel pipes and skirting boards. Wooden scaffolding or bamboo scaffolding shall be laid on the operation floor. Scaffolding is set on three horizontal poles, and the scaffolding is laid by butting bricks. When butting and tiling, two horizontal bars must be set at the joint. The overhanging length of the scaffold is 130 ~ 150 mm, and the sum of the overhanging lengths of the two scaffolds is not more than 300 mm. The four corners of the bamboo scaffold are fixed on the longitudinal horizontal rods with galvanized iron wires with the diameter of1.2mm. ..

Safety net: the operation floor is provided with a horizontal safety net, and the outer side of the shelf is covered with a dense mesh safety net and colored strip cloth.

Because the steel roof truss has steel beams protruding from the outer wall, a pickup truck frame is added at the edge of the full frame with steel frames as a decorative frame for the steel beams. The erection width of the cantilever frame is 1.5m, and the cantilever length from the root of the cantilever steel beam to the outer column of the cantilever frame is 3m, and it is erected with steel pipes. A horizontal pocket net is hung at the bottom of the operation layer of the pick-up rack, and the operation layer is covered with scaffolding.

⑤ Erection of cantilever hanger

Before cantilever erection, the windows of DC-8, DC-7, DC-6 in 16 and DC-8, DC-7 and DC-9 in 17 should be removed before construction. After the decorative steel frame construction is completed, reinstall the window. When loading and unloading, the operator must fasten the safety belt and hang it on the roof water tank beam reliably.

See attached drawings for installation method. During erection, it is necessary to erect the roof scaffolding with an elevation of 47. 1m and its cantilever and horizontal bar with window with an elevation of 50.2m, and then erect the intermediate frame.

1, fastener connection requirements

(1) When fastening bolts with fasteners, the roots of bolts must be aligned, and the fastening force of fasteners should be controlled within the range of 40 N.m ~ 65 N.m, so as to prevent the fasteners and cross bars from sliding or spraining.

(2) When the ledger is docked, the fastener opening should face the inside of the shelf horizontally and the bolt should face upwards. When installing right-angle fasteners, one of them must be opened upwards.

(3) For the upper and lower frames without windows, it is required that the ledger is reliably overlapped on the frames with windows at both ends.

2. Welding requirements

When welding the steel ring on the steel pipe, double-sided welding must be adopted, the weld length shall not be less than 100mm, and the positioning angle steel on the I-beam shall be fully welded with the I-beam. E50 covered electrode is used for welding.

3, scaffolding, protective net requirements

The operation floor must be covered with wooden scaffolding, and the requirements of scaffolding are the same as those of full-house scaffolding. Spread bamboo plywood on the scaffold.

A horizontal pocket net is hung below the operation floor, and a dense mesh safety net is hung on the outside of the shelf and the outside of the diagonal brace. Prevent objects from falling.

Five, the dismantling of scaffolding

1. Demolition can only be carried out after the signature of the person in charge of the construction site and special technical and safety disclosure.

2. When the shelf is dismantled, the operation area should be divided, fences and warning signs should be set around it, and special personnel should command it. Non-operating personnel are strictly prohibited from entering.

3, demolition must be carried out in strict accordance with the following order, in the opposite order of scaffolding.

Safety net → scaffolding → railing → bracing → small bar → big bar → column.

4, demolition sequence should be top-down, step by step, step by step, it is strictly prohibited to dismantle up and down at the same time, also can't use step-by-step demolition method, it is strictly prohibited to use the brute force method of knocking down, pulling down or even pulling and pushing.

5. When removing the column, hold the column first, and then remove the last two buttons. When removing the main rail, diagonal braces and scissors, first remove the middle button, then hold the middle button, and then untie the end button.

6, demolition should be unified command, echo up and down, coordinated action, when untied the knot related to another person, should inform each other first, in case of falling.

7. Operators who dismantle high shelves must wear safety helmets, safety belts, leggings and soft-soled shoes.

8, demolition, doors and windows, glass, downspout, eaves and other items should not be damaged.

9. The materials unloaded from the cantilever frame are tied with ropes, hoisted to the roof, and then transported to the ground with hanging baskets. Do not throw them. Single-point lifting is strictly prohibited for easy-to-slide frame rods such as steel pipes. Materials transported to the ground shall be dismantled and transported at the designated place, piled up by classification, and removed on the same day, and the fasteners or iron wires removed from the removal shall be recycled centrally.

10, during disassembly, it is not allowed to change people in the middle. If it is really necessary to change people, the demolition situation should be explained before leaving.

Six, quality and safety assurance measures

Quality assurance measures

1. Before scaffold erection, the foreman shall make technical disclosure to the operators according to the construction organization design and specifications, clarify the operation requirements and matters needing attention, and make written records. Check and accept the steel pipes, fasteners and scaffolding used on site, and unqualified products shall not be used. Scaffolding should be inspected and accepted by stages, and the next working procedure can be carried out only after it is qualified. Scaffolding must pass the acceptance of relevant departments before it can be put on the market.

2, scaffolding steel pipe base must be spread long boards, base, boards should be accurately placed on the positioning line.

3, the erection of scaffolding should be vertical and horizontal into a line, bar in the same horizontal plane. The verticality deviation of the vertical pole shall not exceed 1/200 and 100 mm of the frame height. ..

4, scaffolding using wooden scaffolding, longitudinal horizontal bar as the bearing of horizontal bar, and fixed on the vertical bar with right-angle fasteners.

6, the ledger should be smooth, scaffolding on both sides of the longitudinal level difference range, should be controlled within 5cm. The horizontal rods at the non-main nodes of the operation floor should be set at equal intervals according to the needs of supporting scaffolding, and the maximum spacing should not be greater than 1/2 of the longitudinal distance.

7, the joint of the ledger is generally not allowed to cross lap. If it is really necessary to lap, the joint position should be staggered gradually, and the horizontal distance should not be less than 50 cm. The joints of the two main rails inside and outside the same frame should be staggered and not located in the same span.

8, at the bottom of each stud should be set base or plate. When the vertical rod foundation is not at the same height, the vertical sweeping rod at the high place must extend to the lower place for two spans and be fixed with the vertical rod, and the height difference should not be greater than1m..

9. After each scaffold step, the step distance, longitudinal distance, transverse distance and verticality of the upright should be corrected according to the requirements of relevant specifications.

10, scaffolding at the corner should be reliably connected with the horizontal bar to prevent sliding.

② Safety guarantee measures

1. Scaffolding personnel must be professional scaffolders who have passed the examination of the current national standard "Management Rules for Safety Technical Examination of Special Operations Personnel" (GB5036). Post personnel should have regular physical examination, and only those who pass the physical examination can take up their posts with certificates.

2. Before scaffolding, the foreman must make safety technical disclosure to the operators and make written records.

3, scaffolder should hold relevant certificates, who suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease, or other not adapt to shelf work and disease, it is forbidden to shelf work. Scaffolding can only be used after it has been accepted by the project manager, project technical director, foreman, quality controller and relevant departments, and the qualified license plate is hung.

4. Wearing hard-soled shoes or slippers after drinking, and untidy clothes such as open cuffs and trousers are not allowed to be put on the shelves.

5. When scaffolding is erected (dismantled) at high altitude, the operator must fasten his seat belt and wear a safety helmet, and all kinds of tools and materials should be packed or properly placed to prevent people from falling.

6. It is forbidden to set wires at will on the steel pipe scaffold. If it is really necessary to set wires, there must be reliable insulation measures.

7. The construction load of the operation layer shall meet the design or specification requirements and shall not be overloaded. It is forbidden to hang lifting equipment.

8. During the thunderstorm season, the steel pipe scaffold must be equipped with lightning protection grounding devices at the four corners of the shelf, and the grounding resistance is greater than 4Ω. Reliable connection with roof lightning protection device.

9, when operating on the scaffold, it is forbidden to gather, it is forbidden to play, run and jump on the scaffold.

10. Without the consent of the person in charge of construction, scaffolding shall not be dismantled at will. If it has not been used and does not need to be dismantled, it should also be kept in good condition, and the materials and sundries on the scaffold should be removed. During the use of scaffolding, it is forbidden to dismantle the vertical and horizontal horizontal rods, vertical and horizontal sweeping rods and even wall pieces at the main node.

12, adhere to the inspection system, shelf use must adhere to the system of self-inspection, mutual inspection, exchange inspection and team inspection. If it is found to be loose or deformed, it must be reinforced before use. After strong wind, heavy rain, heavy snow or shutdown, a comprehensive inspection must be conducted before use.

13, scaffolding, demolition personnel must stand on the scaffolding operation, it is forbidden to stand (or sit) on the big, small bar adventure homework.

14. During the installation and removal of scaffolding, if the bar is not fastened or the fastening button has been removed and loosened, the operation shall not be stopped halfway.

15, the safety net must overlap with the net firmly, leaving no gap, and the corner part of the net must be fastened and fastened.

16, the scaffold board of the operation layer must be paved, and the board end should be placed on the small bar at the same time, and the lap length should be greater than 200 mm The scaffold board should leave the wall 120 ~ 150 mm, and the probe board is strictly prohibited.

17. Safety railings shall be set outside the operation floor, with the height of 1.0 ~ 1.2m and no less than two horizontal steel pipes.

18, when turning the board, two people should cooperate from the inside out in turn. When laying the first scaffold board or turning to the outermost scaffold board, the operator must fasten the safety belt in advance.
