What problems should be paid attention to in calendar printing?
Calendars and desk calendars are the most common daily necessities in our lives. The function is relatively simple. But it has a great effect. With the strict requirements of the market for packaging products, the printing of desk calendars has also been tested. In order to keep the original market in today's popular electronic products from being swallowed up, the printing of calendar and desk calendar should not only have absolute quality, but also be innovative in printing concept and technology. Now Bian Xiao leads you to understand what problems should be paid attention to when printing calendars.
First, the font problem.
① Some fonts are described in different ways, and the overlapping parts of strokes will overlap after output. Be careful!
② Paragraph texts containing Chinese and English special characters are prone to problems, such as "■, @, ★, ○" and so on.
③ Use the new standard GBK font to solve the problem of lost uncommon words.
④ For fonts that are too thin, it is best not to use more than three colors, such as (C 10M30Y80). Similarly, it is not suitable for people with dark background and white background. If it is unavoidable, it is necessary to edge-process the highlighted characters and apply a background color or a single printing color (usually black K).
Second, the problem of gradual change.
① The common problem is this: If the gradient setting from red to black is incorrect, the middle of (M 100→K 100) will be ugly! ? The correct setting should be as follows: (m100 → m100k100) You will understand after careful analysis, and so on.
(2) Transparent gradient is suitable for network graphics, so is gray image, but the final output can't be used, because the spatial mixing mode is RGB, and the screen mixing color is too different from printing CMYK. Pay close attention.
③ The gradient of the black part should not be too low, such as 5% black. Due to the option of black overprint when outputting, black below 10% is usually replaced instead of overprint, which leads to problems. Similarly, be careful when using pure light black.
Third, the picture problem.
One thing to note about psd files is that after you import them, don't do any "destructive work", such as rotating, mirroring and tilting. Because of its transparent mask, a broken graph will be generated after output.
② It is still a mask, so be careful when using it in coreldraw. If necessary, it is safer to put it in a container.
③ Resolution and resampling? Corel, don't do this. It's really convenient to "convert to bitmap", but the loss is color restoration. Be professional. Bring ps in.
(4) color pattern, don't blame me for being verbose, even experienced people sometimes make mistakes.
All pictures must be cmyk or grayscale and monochrome bitmaps, otherwise they cannot be output. Few people play with monochrome bitmaps, but playing well is a realm. )
This paper introduces the problems that should be paid attention to in desk calendar printing from three different angles. Pay attention to special characters and font colors. Pay attention to the color mode, gradation, gradient, resolution and color in screen design. I hope that through the understanding of this article, it will be helpful for everyone to print desk calendars and wall calendars in the future.
