Power users appoint full-time electricians to represent Party B's behavior. 3. The power user must submit the list of personnel on duty for power transformation and distribution to the power supply inspection department; If there is any change in the personnel on duty, it must notify the dispatching department and the electricity inspection department of the power supplier in writing.

4. Without the consent of the power inspector of the power supplier, the power supplier shall not change the primary and secondary wiring of the self-provided generator and power supply system, and shall not supply power to other users.

5. Users must provide necessary and qualified protective articles for safe electricity use for construction personnel.

6. Full-time electricians of power users must cooperate with Party A in the maintenance and inspection of power system, and shall not shirk.

Three. Agreed matters and liability for breach of contract

1. The power supplier puts forward written rectification opinions on the potential safety hazards of power users; After the rectification, the power users should make timely acceptance. The power supplier does not assume any responsibility caused by the unqualified electrical equipment of users.

2. If the power user fails to perform the maintenance and inspection obligations in accordance with the agreement, resulting in the self-provided power supply equipment (including protection facilities) running with diseases and potential safety hazards, the power supplier has the right to directly stop supplying power to the power user.

4. All consequences of unsafe operation of power grid due to misoperation or equipment defects shall be borne by users.

5. If the user fails to implement this agreement or relevant regulations, and the management is not in place, causing personal and equipment damage to the power supplier or society, the user must bear all the responsibilities.

6. The power supply bureau will not be responsible for any accident on the user's property line.

7. The power supplier shall determine the meter reading date and charge the meter reading on time. The electricity user shall pay the electricity fee within the time limit specified by Party A. Those who fail to pay within the time limit will be charged a late fee according to the regulations, and the power supply can be stopped.

Four. Validity and matters not covered in this agreement.

1.
