After the meeting, the "Qinbei District Industry and Information Technology Bureau's Implementation Plan for Safety Production Investigation and Rectification" was formulated and issued.

2. Earnestly carry out investigation and rectification of hidden production safety hazards

The investigation shall be carried out through a combination of enterprise self-examination and departmental supervision. The safety inspectors of our bureau cooperated with the safety inspectors of Huangma Industrial Park and Xiaodong Town to collect relevant information on the company's legal status of obtaining relevant certificates and licenses at all levels, the construction and implementation of the safety production responsibility system, the implementation of the safety production management system, and the safety management of production and operation sites. Several aspects including the self-examination, self-correction and reporting of hidden dangers as required, employee safety education, the implementation of the "three simultaneous" system for safety facilities in new reconstruction and expansion projects in accordance with the law, and the monitoring of major hazard sources have been visited in the Real Madrid Industrial Park, Namong, and Xiaodong Town and other enterprises, especially non-ferrous metallurgical enterprises, carry out safety production inspection and supervision work.

This special action visited 5 companies. Most of the companies were able to implement the main responsibilities for safety production, set up safety production slogans in eye-catching locations in the factory area, arrange for dedicated personnel to be responsible for safety production management, and carry out regular safety production management work. Fire drills have been carried out, environmental protection emission equipment has been installed, production safety liability insurance has been purchased, and occupational disease examinations are regularly organized for employees; however, individual companies, such as Qinzhou Gangxiang Silicon Manganese Alloy Co., Ltd. (Xiao Dong), have not urged workers in outsourced demolition projects to wear safety hazards. Helmets are a safety hazard. Regarding the above issues, the safety inspectors of our bureau explained the interests to the company from the perspective of the company, and asked Gangxiang Company to make rectifications immediately. At the same time, they should draw inferences from one example and carefully check whether there are still people who are not wearing safety helmets when working in the factory area. Gangxiang Company also immediately carried out rectification and investigation.

3. Strengthen publicity and create an atmosphere
