Since I became the secretary of the village branch, with the care of the correct leadership of the town party committee and the unremitting efforts of the village party member, I have successfully carried out all the work this year and completed a series of tasks assigned by the superior party committee.

Over the past year, the Party branch has attached great importance to the convening of the two sessions, adhered to the system of "three sessions and one lesson", and mainly studied the spirit of the 19th National Congress and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech when he visited Guangdong, and studied party constitution, so that every party member can set an example among the broad masses of the people, be the leader of the whole village, publicize the Party's policies, and carry out special struggle activities of "eliminating evils" and "eliminating pornography and illegal publications" on time. The Party branch has played the role of a fighting fortress and laid a solid foundation for rural revitalization.

The village branch actively responded to the call of the town Committee, implemented rural environmental improvement, controlled all kinds of pollution, posted cleaning signs in crowded places in natural villages, and increased publicity. Party member took the lead, consciously insisted on sending the domestic garbage to the garbage pool or trash can every day, and also equipped four cleaning staff for daily cleaning, which effectively improved the environmental sanitation of our village.

In improving the village appearance, our branch mobilized all party member to clean up bamboo and other illegally planted obstacles on the west bank of xxx river bank. Thanks to the support and support of the villagers, it has changed the situation of not seeing bamboo and wood in the village, and it feels brand-new and clear at a glance. The widening of the road at the entrance to the village has made frequent traffic jams disappear and facilitated the passage of villagers. Small watershed reconstruction needs to expand the river surface, build river banks and occupy land on both sides of the river. By mobilizing the villagers' ideological work, it won the support of the broad masses of the people, and the work was carried out without complaints, which facilitated the construction team to build dikes and the project went smoothly. The original situation of a flood and land collapse has been improved, ensuring that the land is not lost. The village committee has four production teams in remote mountainous areas. In order to facilitate their access, the village Committee tried every means to install street lamps, realizing the villagers' wishes for many years. At present, the five-guarantee households in the village have been cared for by the higher-level party committees, and they have built new houses, so that their daily lives are guaranteed. Water conservancy facilities are the biggest headache for our branch. With the concern and attention of the town Party committee and the cooperation of the two village committees and villagers, 70% of the irrigation water tunnels in the village have been completed, which basically solved the problem of difficult irrigation of farmland.

"Clear water and lush mountains are priceless assets" is a mountainous area, which has a great responsibility to protect the ecology. During the fire crisis, we should strengthen publicity. "Everyone is responsible for forest protection and fire prevention", so that villagers have a sense of forest protection and fire prevention and effectively protect the forest land in the village. Whenever typhoons, floods and other natural disasters come, according to the deployment of the town party Committee, it is an important link of our branch to sound the alarm for farmers near rivers and mountains in time, mobilize to evacuate dangerous areas, take precautions in advance, protect the safety of people's lives and property, enable villagers to successfully survive various natural disasters and ensure the safety of one party.

Our village branch attaches great importance to the development of the new party member, and strives to train activists to join the Party every year, instilling the Party's principles and policies in the progressive youth and loving the China Party. Only under the leadership of the * * * Production Party can the country be strong, safe, free and the people have a happy well-off life. Let them be close to the Party, love the Party and yearn for the Party organization, and develop the new party member through the resolutions of the Party branch committee and general general party membership meeting, so as to make the Party branch full of vitality.

Dear leading comrades, I have done what I should do in my ordinary post and made some achievements. This achievement is the result of the support and help of superiors, and also the joint efforts of all the people, party member and cadres. But at the same time, I also clearly realize that there are still some problems in the process of party building and economic development in our village: first, the collective economic foundation is weak and the development progress is relatively slow;

Second, the investment attraction is not strong enough, lacking more initiative, and the software environment needs to be further improved;

Third, the work style of cadres needs to be further strengthened, and there are still unresolved problems in the work. I will always guard against arrogance and rashness, be modest and prudent, continue to carry forward my advantages, constantly improve myself, always maintain a high degree of consistency with the party Committee, and creatively carry out my work in combination with the actual situation of our village to strive for greater progress.
