I. Service tenet

The characteristics of this corps are that volunteers voluntarily donate their time and ability, and provide voluntary services for promoting unpaid blood donation without any remuneration. Their behavior is voluntary, free, public welfare and organized.

Corps workers are made up of backbones who actively participate in voluntary blood donation and people who serve the society. They are volunteers who register with the Corps and participate in service activities according to certain procedures.

Second, the basic conditions of Corps volunteers:

(1) internship volunteers

1, age 18, living in Shanghai, regardless of region or nationality;

2, law-abiding, good conduct, dedication, enthusiasm for blood donation, can actively participate in various blood donation activities under the condition of physical conditions, and volunteer to engage in blood donation publicity and service;

3. Accept the volunteer registration procedures and primary training that must be completed to join the Legion.

(2) Official volunteers

1, which meets the requirements of internship volunteers;

After attending the primary training, half a year is an investigation period, during which the service time exceeds 12 hours and the service performance is good (assessed by the leader of the volunteer service group). (3) Star volunteers

Three. Conditions for Corps volunteers to apply to become registered volunteers of Shanghai Volunteers Association (apply for Shanghai Volunteer Card):

Trained "internship volunteers" can participate in relevant volunteer services, and untrained and qualified volunteers are not allowed to participate in volunteer services without authorization.

According to the actual needs of volunteers, the corps should actively organize and carry out various forms and rich contents of volunteer publicity services, provide volunteer services for volunteers, and let volunteers participate in volunteer publicity services of various projects. Volunteers should show and wear a volunteer service certificate when participating in volunteer service ("internship volunteers" need to wear an internship service certificate).

"Official volunteers" can not only record on the sign-in form, but also make service records in their own volunteer service manual, which will be signed by the staff of the blood donation house (car) and the person in charge of the activity as proof of promotion at the end of the year.

Chapter 1 Service Contents and Precautions

First of all, guide tourists and blood donors to maintain order at the blood collection site.

Article 3 With the consent of the blood donor, assist the blood donor to fill in the blood donor health inquiry form, and pay attention to protecting the privacy of the blood donor, and shall not disclose it to the outside world or use it for other purposes.

Article 9 In the process of blood donation, volunteers should let blood donors choose their favorite DVD movies to watch, ask them if they feel hungry and thirsty, and provide them with proper food and drinking water in time.

Article 10 After completing blood donation, blood donors should be guided to rest in the rest area, and they can exchange their knowledge and understanding of voluntary blood donation and strengthen communication.

Eleventh when the blood donor completes the blood donation and does not need to press the needle eye, guide the blood donor to receive the blood donation card and souvenir.

Article 12 When sending blood donors away, they should send them off politely in the language of thanks. Those who meet the requirements are encouraged to participate in blood donation again.

Listen carefully to the opinions and suggestions of blood donors and publicity objects on publicity services, and give feedback to the corps in time. If you meet people who are puzzled and resistant, you should respect their wishes, don't take fierce confrontation, take into account the overall image of volunteers and be sincere and humble.
