According to reports, during the study and accommodation of primary and secondary school students in the northern region, the indoor temperature of classrooms and dormitories should meet the requirements of the Heating Temperature Standard for Primary and Secondary Schools, that is, the indoor temperature in the middle should be16 C-18 C, and the horizontal and vertical temperature difference should not exceed 2 C.

Regarding the cold-proof heating conditions in various places, the Notice requires that the northern region should make overall arrangements for heating funds, and provide financial guarantee for regional schools with long heating periods, weak schools in poverty-stricken areas, boarding schools, and rural teaching points.
