The inspection standards and on-site tensile test and acid resistance test requirements were re-formulated, and the 228 organic air ducts in the iii workshop and the 230 organic air ducts in the fifth workshop were inspected one by one and numbered. Check the inorganic air ducts one by one. Repairs that need to be repaired and redone that need to be redone can only be installed after passing the inspection and writing a number. In order to achieve this goal, I worked overtime many times. In order to meet the construction deadline, I went to the company to inspect the air ducts in the rain twice and in the snow once in the middle of the night. It has been praised by the construction unit and well received by the leaders.
5. Inspection of the arrival, installation and debugging of single crystal furnace equipment
First of all, for the 10 single crystal furnaces replaced by the iii workshop, more than 40 improved ones were carried out according to the contract attachment. Compare each single crystal furnace project one by one to see if there is any improvement. Report problems in a timely manner and resolve them through consultation. We also track the debugging of the equipment until it can be produced normally. Furnaces are now entering the V workshop, and the arrival status of 20 90-type furnaces and 58 80-type furnaces from the fifth workshop is being checked and inspected in terms of quality and quantity according to the contract attachments.

Including the repair and maintenance of refrigerators in each workshop, the rust removal and anti-corrosion of argon tanks in each workshop, and the leakage of color steel plate roofs in each workshop Repeated rain repairs, cooling tower waterproofing projects, and revision and verification of crystal pulling process operation instructions, etc. I do every job seriously. And during the days when the leaders went to Qingdao, I took time out of my busy schedule to inspect the crystal pulling workshops and power distribution rooms twice a day during the day, and once every night by riding a bicycle from home to the company. I completed the tasks assigned to me by my leadership with due diligence.
In addition to keeping daily loose-leaf records in a black book for each task, I also report the work to the leader every day and reflect problems in writing from time to time. I designed a set of complete and detailed forms to record each project: including date, construction content, problems found and handling methods, etc., as well as the construction unit of the header project, person in charge, start time, end time, special problem records, etc. . Analyze the problems found in detail and solve them yourself or contact the leader to solve them. The first time processing reduces the cost of labor, materials and rework, saving the company expenses, and is well received by the leaders.
