How did Baoji Fengxiang get on the cover?

There is a local folk story. It is said that in the sixties and seventies, there was a peasant woman named Gaigai in the mountainous area of Fengxiang County who often set up a stall on the roadside to sell water. Father told her that a glass of water costs 2 cents. I couldn't understand the money, so my father had to compare it with the 2 cents paid by the customer and only charged the same amount. If a customer buys two glasses of water for two pence or a nickel, the change will be firmly rejected. After a long time, the reputation of this change spread, so the locals described someone as clumsy and dull, saying that it was the same as change. Over time, people in neighboring areas simply called Fengxiang people changeable, and the word changeable appeared in the west. Now "Fengxiang Reform" is a symbol of integrity.
