Focusing on improving the quality and efficiency of exports and actively expanding imports, we will comprehensively implement the strategy of promoting trade through science and technology and promoting famous export brands, enhance the independent innovation capabilities of export enterprises, and expand the import of much-needed energy, important materials, key equipment and technologies. First, further adjust the export trade structure. Strengthen the development of overseas resources and the comprehensive utilization of domestic resources, establish diversified, stable, and reliable resource supply channels, and focus on promoting resource development cooperation with countries and regions such as Southeast Asia, Africa, Russia, and Australia. Fifth, actively promote the construction and management of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones.
