The donation ceremony was attended by Wang Zimu, Director of the Public Welfare Library of the China Red Cross Poverty Alleviation and Development Center, Wang Xingzhong, Deputy Director, County Magistrate Yang Huayun, Deputy County Magistrate Wang Yanju, Vice Chairman of the County CPPCC Cheng Xiuqin, Government Office Director Liu Xueqing, and Education Bureau Director He Zhikun.
