The stocking quantity of high-quality fish such as allogynogenetic crucian carp and bream shall be increased, and freshwater pomfret, California perch and other varieties shall be appropriately raised to meet the demand of money market and improve economic benefits.
Fourth, the fish species are released in advance. From winter to Sunday to early spring is the best season for stocking fish. Because of the low water temperature and tight scales during this period, it is convenient for fishing operation and transportation, which can improve the survival rate of fish. Stocked fish should be disinfected in sunny days. The stocked fish should be soaked in 1-2% salt water with the water temperature of I0- 15℃ for1-0/5 minutes to kill the bacteria on the fish.
The fifth is the quality of fish farming. Generally speaking, the size of the stocked fish is above 13cm, with strong body, complete scales and fins, lively swimming and no disease or injury. This kind of fish has strong adaptability and high survival rate.
The sixth is feeding management. Fish should be treated in time after stocking. As the weather turns hot, feeding can be started when the water temperature reaches 10℃ in March.
