Duties of the Disciplinary Committee

According to the articles of association of China Producers' Party, the Party's grass-roots discipline inspection committees work under the dual leadership of the Party committees at the same level and the discipline inspection committees at higher levels.

The Party's discipline inspection committees at all levels are specialized organs for inner-party supervision. Their main tasks are: to safeguard party constitution and other inner-party laws and regulations, to check the implementation of the Party's line, principles, policies and resolutions, to assist Party committees in promoting the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, to strengthen the Party's work style, and to organize and coordinate anti-corruption work.

The party's disciplinary inspection committees at all levels are responsible for supervision, discipline and accountability. We should always give discipline education to party member and make decisions to safeguard the party's discipline; Supervise party organizations and leading cadres in party member to perform their duties and exercise their powers, accept and handle reports from the masses in party member, and carry out conversation reminders and conversations; To review and deal with major or complicated cases in which Party organizations and party member violate the Party's articles of association and other internal laws and regulations, and decide or revoke the punishment against party member; Accountability or accountability recommendations; Accepting complaints and appeals from party member; Defend the rights of party member.

What are the duties of the members of the Commission for Discipline Inspection?

(1) is responsible for the construction of the party's work style, and often carries out party discipline education for party member to prevent and correct unhealthy practices within the party.

(2) Regularly supervise party member's discipline, check party member's implementation of the code of conduct and compliance with the Party's discipline, promptly organize an investigation into party member's disciplinary actions, and put forward handling opinions.

(3) Responsible for accepting letters and visits from party member people and complaints and accusations from party member, and reporting to the branch and the superior discipline inspection department in time to safeguard the democratic rights of party member.

(4) Investigate the situation of correcting mistakes in party member, and give effective help and education.

The responsibility of the Commission for Discipline Inspection mentioned above is very important. We must do our duty and supervise the details of everything.

Legal basis:

"Administrative Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 18 Supervisory organs shall supervise the law enforcement, integrity and efficiency of the monitored objects and perform the following duties:

(a) to check the problems existing in the state administrative organs in observing and implementing laws, regulations and decisions and orders of the people's government;

(2) Accepting complaints and reports on violations of administrative discipline by state administrative organs, their civil servants and other personnel appointed by state administrative organs;

(three) to investigate and deal with violations of administrative discipline by state administrative organs and their civil servants and other personnel appointed by state administrative organs;

(4) Accepting complaints from civil servants of state administrative organs and other personnel appointed by state administrative organs against the disciplinary decisions of competent administrative organs, as well as other complaints accepted by supervisory organs according to laws and administrative regulations;

(five) other duties as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
