According to the plan, Baiyun District will promote the compulsory classification system of domestic waste in the whole district this year, and the garbage classification will be fully covered in villages (residences), aircraft group units, residential quarters and farmers' markets; Create 8 demonstration streets for urban domestic waste classification, 60 demonstration communities (communities) for accurate classification of urban domestic waste, and 8 demonstration administrative villages for urban and rural domestic waste classification; The recovery rate of domestic garbage reached 38%.

Among them, Sanyuanli Street, Jingtai Street, Tang Jing Street, Xinshi Street, Yuncheng Street, Huangshi Street, Tonghe Street and Jingxi Street will create 20 19 municipal-level domestic waste classification demonstration streets, and the remaining 14 towns and streets will complete the creation of municipal-level domestic waste classification demonstration streets (towns) in 2020.

Through various ways, such as on-site guards by volunteers, residents will be guided to put kitchen waste into designated places for centralized collection and transportation.

At the same time, garbage will be regularly classified and placed. Guide residents to develop the habit of regular and fixed-point delivery, and implement the withdrawal step by step. New buildings will strictly implement the fixed-point and scheduled delivery mode, and barrels are not allowed on the floors. On the basis of adjusting 24 kitchen waste collection and transportation vehicles last year, we will invest 13 vehicles this year to further improve the garbage collection and transportation system. According to municipal regulations, garbage trucks will be painted uniformly, kitchen garbage trucks will be green, other garbage trucks will be gray, and garbage will be collected and transported separately.
