What's life like in the detention center?

Life in the detention center is still relatively regular.

After a person is taken away and put into a detention center, his family will be very worried about whether he will be bullied inside, how he eats, what he needs to do every day, and how he spent his days in the detention center with you today.

The following is a small series of records based on memories.

6:30 in the morning: get up. Get up and get dressed as soon as you hear the wake-up bell. The staff who fold the quilt will start to fold the quilt and put it away. At this time, others can queue up to go to the toilet and wash.

7: 00 a.m.: Eat, and the person in charge of cooking will distribute the spoons for breakfast and eating. There are no chopsticks in it, only short plastic spoons. Everyone makes their own marks and stores them together, some of which are stored by themselves, depending on the unified arrangement of pilots or trumpeters in the prison room. At this time, if family members buy food, such as biscuits and instant noodles, they can take them out and eat together after everyone gets breakfast. Eating must wait until everyone gets the meal.

7. 15: Wash dishes and clean up. After eating, the person in charge of washing dishes will clean the dishes and store them well. The cleaning staff will clean the bedplate and floor.

7.45 am: Sit quietly and study, think for half an hour, can't talk, can't walk around at will, sit on the bed boards on both sides of the aisle, and sit on the foam bench against the wall.

8. 15 am: outdoor sports, exercise, police patrol, laundry and doctor's rounds. During this period, when people move to outdoor exercise venues, they will first exercise and shout slogans, which usually takes about 10 minutes. If there is a letter, Bao teaches police officers to send it first and then ask if there is anything wrong. If there are no problems, they can be dissolved, and then some things will be recorded or handled. After that, you can move freely, queue up for washing clothes, or move a small bench to chat in the yard and walk around the yard. Doctors can queue up when they visit the prison gate.

9. 15 am: collect wind, organize study or watch TV. At this time, you will queue up to go back to the prison from the yard to organize collective study or watch TV. Organizational learning can read, write and write letters. Watching TV is unified by the detention center, generally focusing on education.

10.45 am: Prepare lunch and clean up (the process is the same as above).

165438+ 0.25 am: Sit-in study (the process is the same as above).

Noon 1 1.55: lunch break (the quilt folding personnel take off the quilt and spread it out, and take off their clothes for lunch break).

65438+ 0.45 pm: End lunch break (the process is the same as getting up).

2.00 pm: outdoor sports, exercise and laundry (the process is the same as above).

3.00 p.m.: Collecting wind, studying or watching TV (the process is the same as above).

4.30pm: Prepare dinner and clean up (the process is the same as above).

5.65438+ 05: 00 pm: Sit-in study (the process is the same as above).

6: 00 p.m.: Watch TV and take a bath (in pairs, line up for a bath).

7:00 pm: Receive the news broadcast on time.

7:30 pm: watch TV and take a bath (the process is the same as above).

9: 00 pm: Free activities, open the store and get ready for bed (at this time, you can lie in the store and watch TV, chat, or eat instant noodles or biscuits in the storage area).

At night 10.00: sleep. When the sleeping bell rings, you can't chat any more. The person on duty can go to bed and get up and change shifts when you are on duty.

Special note: the above is just my life experience in the detention center for one day. Not that all detention centers are arranged in this way, but the process is not bad, and there will be some subtle differences.
