4. Take the business application form, driving license and other related materials approved by the bank to Mintong Card Customer Service Center, and sign the Settlement Agreement for Entrusted Deduction of Expressway Tolls in Fujian Province (Company Customer).

5. The bank account is bound to the Mintong card through the special equipment (software) for bank signing, and the binding will take effect after the successful signing information is returned to the service center.
