Each school carried out emergency evacuation drills, tested the feasibility of earthquake emergency plans, and updated the basic earthquake emergency database in a timely manner.

The second is to build an emergency platform. Yilu Street Cultural and Sports Plaza is an earthquake emergency shelter in the county. Set up obvious signboards around the emergency shelter and at the entrance, and prepare a floor plan of the emergency shelter and an evacuation route map for residents in surrounding areas. Emergency evacuation sites are rationally divided, and functional areas such as emergency command centers, emergency power supply areas, emergency shantytowns, emergency material supply areas, and emergency water source areas are set up to ensure that earthquake emergency evacuation work is carried out in an orderly and efficient manner.

The third is to strengthen the emergency response team. The construction of earthquake emergency rescue teams at the county, town and village levels has been strengthened, an effective linkage and coordination mechanism has been established, and emergency response capabilities have been improved.

At present, our county has an earthquake emergency rescue squadron. Each town and community has established an earthquake emergency rescue team of 20 people, and each village has established an earthquake emergency rescue team of 15 people. An Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction Volunteer Association was established with 40 members.

2. Existing problems

1. The foundation of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is weak and the mechanism is not sound enough.

2. The broad masses of cadres and the masses have low awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, lack of knowledge, and weak self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities, and publicity work needs to be further strengthened.

3. Emergency plans at all levels need to be further improved, and emergency organization, management, command, coordination, etc. need to be further strengthened and improved.

4. The professional quality of the "Three Networks and One Member" personnel needs to be further improved, the monitoring network needs to be further improved, and the role of the group measurement and group defense mechanism has not been fully exerted.

3. Work plan for the second half of the year

In the second half of the year, our bureau will further implement the spirit of the provincial and municipal earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work conferences , continue to conduct a comprehensive inspection and rectification of deficiencies in accordance with the work plan at the beginning of the year, focusing on the assessment objectives and tasks, and conduct careful inspection and implementation to ensure that the entire year's work is completed. In the second half of the year, we must continue to do the following work:

(1) Focus on publicizing knowledge on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. Use the July 28th Tangshan Earthquake Memorial Day, Science Popularization Month, Legal Publicity Week and other periods to continue to carry out publicity activities on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science knowledge, self-rescue and mutual rescue knowledge, and earthquake resistance and fortification knowledge. Further efforts will be made to establish demonstration schools, communities, villages and enterprises for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science in our county.

(2) Continue to promote earthquake monitoring and forecasting. We should conscientiously do the earthquake duty work, use macro data, and do a good job in monthly and annual consultations. Strengthen the observation, investigation and verification of macroscopic earthquake anomalies, strengthen publicity and training for the masses, and on the basis of improving the masses’ ability to observe and identify macroscopic phenomena, extensively guide and mobilize the masses to conduct observations of macroscopic earthquake anomalies, and promptly report any anomalies to the government Or the earthquake office report, providing timely and valuable information for the earthquake department to determine the earthquake situation.

(3) Further improve the team building of “Three Networks and One Member”. Strengthen the professional training and guidance for macro observers, earthquake prevention and disaster reduction assistants, and disaster reporting personnel, and promote the construction of the county's mass monitoring and prevention system.

(4) Strengthen seismic fortification supervision. Further strengthen departmental communication and collaboration, straighten out relationships, truly incorporate the review and confirmation, supervision and management of construction project seismic fortification requirements into project construction management procedures in accordance with the law, and ensure that new construction, expansion, and reconstruction projects meet seismic fortification requirements. This will further improve the earthquake resistance of construction projects in the county. The safety evaluation of major projects and the filing rate of seismic protection equipment for general construction projects have reached 100%. Carry out law enforcement inspections on seismic fortification requirements.

(5) Continue to promote the construction of emergency shelters. According to the location of emergency shelters determined by the earthquake and disaster prevention plan, make full use of existing parks, green spaces, citizen squares, schools, playgrounds, stadiums, civil air defense projects, large open-air parking lots and other facilities, add necessary emergency facilities through planning, and standardize unified signage. , signs and floor plans to meet the standards for earthquake emergency shelters and meet the evacuation needs of residents.
