Responsibilities of Chief Engineer of Pile Foundation Company:

1, responsible for the review of plans, drawings and technical documents, including: technical documents for preliminary planning, general layout planning drawings, pile foundation engineering drawings, etc.

2. Overall control of the project development process, including: 1) major planning arrangements for project development and review of major technical schemes; 2) Dealing with important and difficult technical problems; 3) Engineering quality and safe and civilized construction control. Responsible for technical review and guidance of engineering projects, supervision and cost control of engineering construction. Responsible for the construction and safety management of engineering project team.

3, presided over the engineering department of the main stage of project development work conference and major technical issues.

4. Be responsible for establishing the quality management guarantee system of pile foundation engineering, allocating quality functions and implementing the quality responsibility system.

5, organize the preparation and implementation of construction organization design, major construction technical scheme and management scheme, corrective and preventive measures.

6. Keep communication with design and supervision, and ensure that the requirements and instructions of design and supervision are implemented in the project construction.

7. Organize the project quality acceptance and completion data review, participate in the investigation of quality accidents, environmental accidents and occupational health and safety accidents, and organize the preparation of technical disposal plans.

8. Manage the overall core technology of the company, and organize the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions and technical plans; Solve technical problems in the construction site.

9. Examine and approve the construction organization design and construction scheme reported by the project department, and formulate the construction process parameters; Participate in the joint review of drawings and scheme demonstration organized by Party A. ..

10, responsible for the implementation of national science and technology regulations and policies, establish and improve the corresponding management system.
