In order to cooperate with the development of disease control in the city, according to the requirements of the notification document of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of COVID-19 City in Kaifeng City, and to ensure the health of library readers, we will strengthen various measures for the prevention and control of epidemic situation in libraries from now on:

1. Visitors must make an appointment in advance and register with the real-name registration system of ID card with the reservation code. After registration, they can scan the library code and get an access card to enter the library. Online reservations for the new library can be made through the official account of WeChat in Kaifeng Library, with 400 people making reservations every day. When the number of people in the library reaches the upper limit, measures will be taken to limit the flow, and readers need to scan the code to exit the reservation system so that others can make reservations. If you can't arrive after the appointment is successful, please cancel the appointment in time.

2. You must scan your health code and travel code when entering the library, and wear a mask and take your temperature before entering the library.

3. Readers who have been to high-risk areas recently and have symptoms such as fever refuse to enter the library;

4. Readers must enter the reading area with the access card, first carry out self-service anti-virus of books, then return the books themselves, and then read; Readers are required to wear masks all the time, keeping a distance of 1 meter, and each person has a table. Reading during librarian time is not encouraged.

5. The underage readers are susceptible to vaccination in COVID-19, and are encouraged not to go to the library unless necessary. Parents can borrow and return books on their behalf.

6. During the epidemic prevention and control period, self-service services such as book borrowing and returning, reader cards, etc. are mainly provided. No offline gathering activities such as lectures, training and exhibitions will be held for the time being.

7. Our library will be exempted from punishment for overdue books caused by epidemic prevention and control.
