1. Customer selection (empty nesters). Before mid-July, service team managers and community workers will go deep into the community to select service candidates for empty nesters, and 20 households will be identified after online publicity.

2. Volunteer evaluation. A special team composed of the volunteer service team caring for empty nesters regularly visited and paid a return visit to 40 volunteers, followed up and asked about their work, and formed a documentary file of volunteer service for each person.

3. Volunteer reward. Adjust service changes and service items at any time according to the evaluation and return visit. Those who are not suitable to continue to participate in volunteer service activities will be resolutely retired, and those who have outstanding performance will be notified and praised within the team. 20xx held a commendation and award meeting at the end of July to give some spiritual and material rewards to outstanding volunteers.

4. Regularly carry out special lectures, knowledge contests and medical consultation activities on medical hygiene and health common sense, carry out popular science education on health and longevity for the elderly, and carry out relay races on health every day and longevity.

5. Establish health records for empty nesters and accompany them to the hospital for health check-ups regularly.

6. Accompany empty nesters to parks and fields, enjoy flowers and sightseeing, and have fun and keep fit.

7. Buy food and cook, purchase daily necessities, clean, wash clothes and have a haircut for the elderly in need.
