How do you deal with students who post stickers to occupy seats in the library?

This is very disrespectful to others. Seats in the library are public. They are provided by the school to students and are not exclusive to certain students. Therefore, everyone should be seated according to their location. It is fair and reasonable to choose according to the order, and students who go early should not be deprived of seats through notes and other methods.
