Confucius said, clever words make people look more beautiful, and they are more benevolent. Qiao: sweet words, color: pleasant appearance.

Benevolence: Kindness, benevolence, kindness, compassion.

Zengzi said: "If you smile flatteringly, you will be sick in Xia Qi."

Seeing such a fawning person makes people feel more uncomfortable than working in the fields under the scorching sun in summer.

Saying one thing and doing another is hypocritical and untrue. Smooth talk is a sign of someone with bad intentions.

Do good to others and do evil to yourself. We also need to look at things, is it for survival or for profit? Need to see clearly what your motivation is?

In fact, it is a person's duty to be honest and filial, but now honesty is considered a virtue, and filial piety and respect for the elderly are commended and promoted as models. It can be seen how far the social customs have reached now. We need to have a clear understanding.

1. Be wary of such glib people. If you are abnormal, you will die young, if you have nothing to do, you will be attentive, if you are not guilty, you will be theft.

Stay away from this kind of people first, as they are impossible to guard against.

For example, fund-raising, high-interest fund-raising on online platforms, the sunset red health care product industry, deceiving the elderly and promoting health care products. It's better spoken than sung.

People who are eloquent and eloquent are generally unable to be honest, because they have a purpose.

There are also sweet words in love, flattery and flattery in power.

You won’t feel very comfortable when others put a high hat on you. When others scold you, if you don’t get angry, that’s the real skill. A practitioner must have the wisdom to distinguish right from wrong.

Trustful words are not beautiful, good words are not believed, and loyal words are offensive to the ears.

Practice requires expanding your mind and being able to listen to blunt and unpleasant words.

The recent story of Ms. Lai being killed by her husband. It makes people purple. It was still his first love. This man was clever with his words, but he did such an incredible thing!

You will hear and see things with the kind of people you are with, so you will not be lazy if you walk with wise men, associate with masters, and be with diligent people.

People are divided into groups, and things are grouped together. Those who are close to ink are black, and those who are close to vermilion are red. To overcome your own little vanity, don't just have an itch and feel very comfortable being scratched by others, so you can't prevent it.

Use benefits to make friends, and use benefits to end friendship.

Intersect with potential, and the momentum is inclined and sparse

Intersect with color, and love Chongqing when the flowers fall

Intersect with Tao, and the earth will last forever.

None of you who are able to enter the school have known each other before, but everyone comes here to seek the truth and come for the Tao. They are also cultivated people and people who hope to cultivate better.

Being able to meet each other is a kind of fate. You can see that we meet today, but further back, maybe we studied together, practiced in the same lecture hall, and practiced in the same Tao, which made us what we are today. A fate brings us together, so we often say that all encounters are reunions after a long separation. Cherish this fate. We enter the culture of sages, practice together, and learn Tao together. This is how we communicate with each other through Tao, which lasts forever.

2. We must be wary of becoming glib people.

Sima Niu also asked about benevolence

Confucius said: What are the words of benevolence? Is it enough to call it benevolence?

?, cautious, taciturn.

Confucius said: It is difficult to do it, but it is useless to say it?

It is not easy for a person to be neither arrogant, impetuous, nor frivolous.

It is difficult for a person to be consistent in appearance, words and deeds, and unity of knowledge and action.

Some people need to learn the art of speaking in order to survive. For example, some people really have difficulty and need to say something nice in order to receive subsistence allowances. These people are making compromises in order to survive.

However, if there are people with ulterior motives, who are servile and servile to the point of nausea, who lose their personality and self-respect in order to gain power, they are despised by the saints and are also deplorable. A person who is despised by the world and has lost his personality.

People who speak carefully, don’t boast, and are eloquent are not necessarily benevolent, because these are just appearances. Some people are born to be expressive and eloquent, and some people are born not to talk.

You cannot easily judge a person based on his appearance. Talking less does not necessarily mean he is benevolent, and speaking more and more sweet words does not necessarily mean he lacks benevolence.

In fact, people are really a kind of quality and a kind of spirit. Surface talkativeness or naivety are not enough to indicate whether they are benevolent or not.

Because a person with a benevolent heart must be consistent in appearance and deeds.

When looking at a person, it is important to see what he does, not what he says. Listen to his words and watch his actions.

3. True compassion is to be strict with yourself.

Require yourself to abide by the rules

Real practice is not about paying lip service, saying one thing and doing another. Practice is about doing what you say.

Practice is mainly about living. Do what you say, and only when you do it can you truly know.

Confucius said: Benevolence, Mencius said, take righteousness

Because the righteousness is fulfilled, benevolence is the best.
