In the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage protection list published by the State Council in 2006, the Tu Flower Society in Madan, Qutan Temple in Huzhu County, Datong County, Ledu County and Qili Temple in Minhe County are on the list. For hundreds of years, the Han, Hui, Salar, Tu and other ethnic minorities living in eastern Qinghai have created their own unique "Hua 'er" songs. Besides singing in agricultural labor and freight transportation in Shan Ye, there is a custom of "Flower Festival" in various places. At present, the main flower festivals are: Flower Concert in five provinces (regions) in Northwest China and Laoyeshan Flower Festival in China, Qinghai.
