In order to prepare for the accreditation work of our hospital’s second-level hospitals, improve the professional level of all staff, and better serve patients, based on the annual quality and safety management goals, a professional training plan for all staff at the second level of the hospital was formulated. . Several training sessions have been organized before the Spring Festival, and eight training sessions on four themes were held within two weeks from the 6th to the 18th of this month. The work of these eight training sessions is summarized as follows:

1: Training topics:

1. Classes in the conduct office: job responsibilities, behavioral norms, service standards, civilized language, rewards and punishments for conduct, and core systems

2. Classes in the infectious diseases department of the hospital: Safe injections, protection against infectious diseases, prevention and control of multi-drug-resistant bacteria, disinfection and isolation, occupational safety protection in hospitals, and the use of protective equipment for medical personnel

3 Medical Department lectures: heads of various departments and departments of the hospital give lectures on health Specific responsibilities and tasks in emergency work; critical value reporting system and process

4. Li Yeqing from the hospital department taught: Clinical Pathway Management.

2: Training time schedule

In order to cover all employees with business training and considering the particularity of hospital work, the same content will be divided into two training sessions, scheduled at 12 noon every day :30-13:30.

Three: Participation rate

There are 521 employees in the hospital, 63 people did not participate in the training sessions on the 7th and 8th sessions, and the participation rate was 88; there were no training sessions on the 9th and 10th sessions. There were 47 people, and the training rate was 91; there were 56 people who did not participate in the training on the 14th and 15th, and the training rate was 90; all the doctors of the hospital participated in the training on the 16th and 17th.

Among those who did not participate in the training, 3 people submitted leave notes explaining the reasons for their inability to participate, and they were signed by department leaders to confirm. The remaining non-participants are on maternity leave and some are studying abroad.

In short, these eight all-staff business training sessions received support from all staff in the hospital, and everyone devoted themselves to the evaluation training work with great enthusiasm.

Four: Training Effect

In order to improve the training effect, all training courseware has PPT, and requires highlighting the key points and post-class assessment. All courseware will be sent to the group immediately after class for easy access and review.

Five: Sample test results

70 people took the test within two weeks, 20 of them did not answer the questions satisfactorily, and the other 50 were unable to answer the questions alone during most of the exam.

In short, in these two weeks of business learning work, we have also achieved some results, and all employees can devote themselves to the creation preparation work with high enthusiasm, but there are still many shortcomings, such as the effectiveness of the training. Not ideal, the awareness rate of corresponding knowledge should be low.

The review of Class II hospitals is getting closer and closer. In future training work, we must still insist on doing a good job in business knowledge training, but to implement it effectively, we should find a better method as soon as possible. .
