First, the exam settings

The primary and intermediate qualification examination subjects are both "Basic Auditing Knowledge" and "auditing theory and practice", which are objective questions.

The advanced qualification examination subject is 1: advanced audit practice, subjective question.

The early, middle and advanced qualification examinations in 2022 are all closed-book written answers. Starting from 2022, the initial and intermediate qualification examinations will be managed by rolling scores. Candidates must pass all the examination subjects in two consecutive examination years before they can obtain the corresponding audit professional and technical qualification certificate. Candidates must pass the advanced qualification examination in order to obtain the certificate of advanced qualification examination.

Second, the registration institution and the examination area setting

In order to help prevent and control the epidemic and reduce the flow of people, the nearest registration reference is implemented. The examination registration is subject to localized management. Only those who are currently working or living in Hubei Province can sign up for the exam in Hubei Province.

The notification system is implemented for the registration and certification of this exam. Applicants must carefully read the application notes, and I sign the "Application Notes for Professional and Technical Qualification Examination" (electronic text). No one may sign the application notice on behalf of others. The information provided by the applicants is true, accurate, complete and effective, and they declare that they meet the examination registration conditions and bear false responsibilities. The applicant shall submit or supplement relevant certification materials in accordance with the verification regulations and requirements of the examination institutions. Those who fail to accept the verification within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the examination qualification. In order to better carry out the examination under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control work, the audit professional and technical qualification examination only has a provincial examination area.

In principle, applicants for the preliminary examination and intermediate qualification examination can only choose their current work place or residence to register, and the local human resources and social department or audit department is responsible for the qualification verification of candidates for the preliminary examination and intermediate qualification examination.

Applicants for the advanced qualification examination can only choose provincial audit points to register, and the personnel department of the provincial audit office is responsible for verification.

After the examination, similarity test will be carried out on the answer sheet. If any violation of discipline is found in the registration and examination, it will be handled in accordance with the Provisions on Handling Violation of Discipline in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Order No.31). VI. Definition of engaging in audit-related work

First, civil servants have obtained the qualification certificate of senior auditing professional and technical qualification examination.

Civil servants are transferred to enterprises, institutions and social organizations. For the first time, you can participate in the professional title evaluation of senior auditors within 5 years, and at the same time, you must obtain the qualification certificate of senior auditing professional and technical qualification examination after 20 16 (inclusive).

Second, the 2022 senior auditor title evaluation report

Enterprises, institutions, social organizations and other personnel to participate in the 2022 senior auditor title review, should be in 20 17 (inclusive) after the senior audit professional and technical qualification examination certificate.

Matters needing attention in registration and answering questions

I. Registration procedures

Applicants should log on to the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration service platform (website: /examfront/, referred to as "online newspaper platform", the same below) to register.

(1) Register online.

Before registering and uploading photos for the first time, applicants must download the Certificate Photo Auditing Tool to process and upload photos.

The registration information of new applicants has increased the collection of information such as academic qualifications, degree certificate number, education level, training method, graduation school, graduation time and major studied.

Old applicants need to add information such as education background and degree certificate number in the registration database.

If the information such as identity, education background and degree can't pass the automatic verification, please upload a scanned copy of the relevant information at the time of registration for later verification.

Applicants should register or improve their registration information as soon as possible. Before taking the exam, they should carefully read the description of the conditions for taking the exam and the requirements for filling in information, understand the false consequences, and keep their promises.

(2) Registration verification.

Registration verification is divided into online verification and on-site verification.

Online verification:

1. Applicants whose ID cards are China * * * and Chinese resident ID cards or social security cards can automatically check online.

2. Applicants with academic information of junior college or above since 2002 and academic information in the range from September 2008 to the present can make online automatic inquiry.

3. Applicants who obtained college education or above in 2002 and before, and those who obtained their degrees before September 2008, who were not included in the automatic verification, can log in to the registration system to upload their academic qualifications and degree certificates for online verification. Applicants are requested to apply for the academic qualification certification report in Xuexin.com in advance, so that the later examination institutions can conduct qualification examination.

4. Upload the registration information. Fresh graduates need to upload a scanned copy of their graduation certificate when registering for the exam. To register for the senior auditor qualification examination, you must upload a scanned copy of the intermediate professional and technical qualification certificate of the auditor or related major for online verification.

On-site verification:

5. If other types of ID cards fail to pass automatic verification, please upload a scanned ID card and bring the original ID card to the site for on-site verification.

6. Applicants whose online automatic verification of academic degrees and other related information and data fails, please upload relevant materials of academic degrees or degree certificates, and go to the site for verification with relevant certification materials such as ID card, diploma, degree certificate, electronic registration form of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education or academic certification report.

7. If the applicant's academic qualifications and degrees outside China cannot be verified online, he/she should upload the certification certificate of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education and go to the site for verification with the original ID card, academic qualifications, degree certificate and certification certificate of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

(3) Registration and verification.

8. The application of personnel registration verification process in the notification system.

The applicant starts to register and fill in the registration information. Through online verification, the applicant who applies for the notification system can choose whether to apply for registration of the notification system.

Registration online verification can be exempted from verification. Exemption from verification shall meet the following conditions:

9. The scope of the notification system and the registration verification process are not applicable.

(1) If there are false behaviors in the registration of the qualification examination, the notification system is not applicable.

(2) According to the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Actions in the Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Order No.31), if there are serious disciplinary actions or particularly serious disciplinary actions in the recording period and recorded in the integrity file of the qualification examination, the notification system is not applicable.

(3) Applicants for "notification system is not applicable" begin to register, fill in and check the registration information online, upload the required materials, confirm the registration information, print the registration form as required, and go to the site for verification with their identity documents, original relevant materials and registration form.

10. It is suitable for notifying system personnel to quit the application verification process.

After the applicant has made it, he can withdraw it before the deadline for payment and registration, and apply for registration according to the on-site verification registration process; If the applicant withdraws, the notification system will no longer be applicable to this year's exam.

(four) the scope of on-site verification and the place of qualification examination.

Scope of on-site inspection:

Second, matters needing attention in registration

1. The name, ID number and other information in the registration database cannot be changed. Please check it carefully when you register, and it is accurate. If you find that your name or ID number is wrong during registration, please re-register the correct information and submit an application for information correction to the local examination institution before the registration is over.

2. The mobile phone number submitted by the user when registering is in the registration database. Please fill in your real and valid mobile phone number. If the candidate's mobile phone number changes, please change my mobile phone number in the registration information maintenance in time.

3. Before the examination, the applicant can cancel the confirmation and modify other registration information by himself; After the audit, you need to go to the local personnel examination institution to modify the registration information.

4. Applicants need to re-examine their qualifications after modifying the registration level before payment.

5. After the payment is successful, the applicant shall not modify the registration information such as registration point, registration level and registration subject. Other relevant personal information needs to be corrected, with my ID card and registration form to the local personnel examination institutions.

6. If you forget your user name or password, you can get it back by phone number or password prompt, or you can reset your password at the local examination institution with your ID card.

7. Candidates who need invoices, please take their ID cards to the second floor of the Annex Building of the Comprehensive Service Building of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department within one week after the examination, and then register with the local examination institutions and collect them from other cities and states. The agent must also carry the agent's ID card and the original ID card of the candidate.

III. Precautions for Candidates

1. Candidates should take good care of their test papers and answer sheets (paper) during the exam to prevent others from copying and causing identical answers. After the exam, the exam answers identified as the same answers by technical means are invalid.

2. Both the initial examination and the intermediate qualification examination are objective questions, so answer them on the answer sheet. The advanced qualification examination is a subjective question, which is answered on the special answer sheet. Read the notes carefully before answering, and use the specified answering tools to answer in the area designated by the special answer sheet.

3. The stationery that candidates take in the exam is limited to black ink pens, 2B pencils, erasers and silent calculators without text function. Draft paper is put in the examination room for the examiner to use and recovered after the examination.
