Fourteenth gas pipeline inspection and maintenance of the main contents and requirements:

(1) Main inspection contents and requirements of gas pipeline:

1, patrol period and patrol plan. The inspection cycle of pipe network in each park is 1 time/week, and that of civil gas courtyard pipe network is 1 time/month. Patrol inspection should be planned, and if it is inconsistent with the plan for other reasons, it should be explained in time.

2. During inspection, the actual direction of the pipeline must be carefully checked, and it is forbidden to make a detour inspection or even patrol, or resort to deceit. Check whether there are any abnormal phenomena or leakage sounds along the line, such as gas smell, water bubbling, withered trees and grass, etc. , and find out the reason in time.

3. During the inspection, the inspection records must be carefully filled in, describing the relevant conditions: the damage and corrosion of the anti-corrosion coating, the collapse and deformation of the slope sill, the rain erosion, the defects of the sign piles, the illegal construction, etc. , and describe them with words and pictures.

4. In case of local corrosion of pipelines, collapse of identification piles, warning signs or crossing piles, sporadic damage of insulation and anti-corrosion coating, slight collapse or deformation of slope protection bulwarks, it shall be repaired in time. And make the corresponding information and pictures before and after the rectification.

5. If it is found in the inspection that local construction or third-party construction has caused or may cause potential safety hazards to the gas pipeline, it shall be properly handled on the spot in time and recorded. If it cannot be handled, a notice of hidden danger shall be issued, which shall be reported to the branch company, the company and the relevant local departments for negotiation and settlement, and at the same time, a special person shall be appointed to closely monitor the affected section.

6. During the inspection of gas facilities, at least four photos (starting point, starting point, pressure regulating box and valve well) are taken every day for key parts, and the inspection photos are transmitted to the dispatching room of the branch company and the company every day, and filed together with the inspection data.

7. After heavy rain, strong wind or other bad weather, the pipeline sections crossing special sections prone to landslides should be inspected in time to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.

8. During the inspection, actively publicize the laws, regulations and rules related to the protection of natural gas pipelines, and distribute gas safety leaflets to residents on holidays.

(2) Contents and requirements for inspection and maintenance of gas pipeline valve wells:

1, patrol period and patrol plan. The maintenance period of the valve well of gas transmission pipeline is 1 time/quarter, and the inspection period is 1 time/month. Patrol inspection should be planned, and if it is inconsistent with the plan for other reasons, it should be explained in time.

2. The inspection contents mainly include: cleaning the valve manhole cover, removing the accumulated water and sundries in the valve well, and cleaning the buried valve; Maintenance contents mainly include: lubrication and rust removal of buried valves.

3. The gas pipeline buried gate valve runs once every quarter. In order not to affect the normal gas supply, the normally open valve should be fully opened after reaching 2/3 opening and recorded.

4. If the buried valve is abnormal, it shall be handled in time and recorded. If it cannot be handled, it shall be reported to the superior for the record.

5, gas pipeline valve well set inspection registration card, inspection personnel should make inspection registration in the process of inspection.

(3) Inspection and maintenance contents and requirements of gas pressure regulating box (cabinet) and metering box:

1, patrol period and patrol plan. The inspection cycle of pressure regulating box (cabinet) is 1 time/month, and the maintenance cycle is 1 time/quarter. Patrol inspection should be planned, and if it is inconsistent with the plan for other reasons, it should be explained in time.

2. The inspection contents mainly include: cleaning the cover of the pressure regulating box (cabinet), checking whether the fixing screws of the pressure regulating box are intact and rectifying in time, checking whether the visual signs of the pressure regulating box (cabinet) are intact and recovering in time, removing sundries around the pressure regulating box (cabinet), checking whether there is air leakage in the box and rectifying in time.

The maintenance contents mainly include: cleaning and derusting the equipment in the box, whether the instrument is in good condition and rectified in time, whether the instrument has reached the retirement age, and observing whether the inlet and outlet pressure is normal.

3. The cleaning cycle of gas pressure regulating box (cabinet) and meter box filter is 1 time/year, the detection cycle of cut-off pressure and closing pressure of pressure regulating box is 1 time/year, and the detection cycle of outlet working pressure is 1 time/quarter, and corresponding records should be made after maintenance.

4. The pressure regulating box (cabinet) should be provided with an inspection registration card, and the inspectors should check and register during the inspection.

5, gas pressure regulating box (cabinet) and meter box appear abnormal situation, should be handled in time and recorded, such as can't handle, reported to the superior for the record.

Fifteenth unattended station inspection and maintenance requirements:

1, patrol period and patrol plan. The patrol period of the unattended station (belonging to the company's assets) is 1 time/week. Patrol inspection should be planned, and if it is inconsistent with the plan for other reasons, it should be explained in time.

2. The inspection contents mainly include: checking whether the instrument is in good condition, timely derusting and maintenance, and reasonably replacing the instrument with the change of measuring range; The leakage point should be rectified immediately; Inform users of potential safety hazards found during inspection in time;

Cleaning and derusting equipment and instruments, equipment areas and places; Lubrication and maintenance of valves; Move the inlet valve and outlet valve (to 2/3 of the opening);

Note: The patrol period of unattended stations which belong to user assets and have signed measurement supervision agreement is 1 time/month. If problems are found during the inspection, users should be informed to rectify them in time.

Article 16 Inspection and maintenance personnel shall wear uniform labor protection clothing during inspection and maintenance. At the same time, in order to ensure the maintenance quality, abnormal situation judgment and personal safety, portable combustible gas detector, flashlight and other necessary instruments and tools should be equipped during maintenance.

emergency management

Nineteenth gas pipeline network facilities in an emergency:

(a) inspectors found in on-site inspections, or social personnel informed that there is indeed an emergency in the gas pipeline network facilities after verification, it shall immediately report to the dispatching room.

(2) The operation department immediately informs the emergency personnel on duty of the branch to go to the site for pre-disposal.

(3) The emergency personnel on duty should arrive at the scene within 15 minutes, close relevant valves, set up warning zones, and immediately report the situation to the company's operation department. If the gas storage and distribution station needs to cut off the gas supply, the dispatching room will immediately inform the gas storage and distribution station to close the outlet valve.

(4) In case of fire or casualties, the dispatching room should immediately dial the "1 19" fire alarm telephone or "120" emergency telephone.

(5) The operation department shall report the situation to the company leaders and department leaders quickly, immediately set up the on-site headquarters, and relevant rescuers shall arrive at the scene within 30 minutes.

(six) the on-site command immediately formulate the on-site rescue and emergency repair plan, and immediately organize emergency repair operations.

(7) The dispatching room shall keep abreast of the progress of on-site emergency rescue, and keep close contact with on-site personnel and relevant local departments;

(eight) after the completion of the construction, the gas supply will be resumed in a timely manner to inform the user, and cooperate with relevant personnel to complete the gas supply operation.
