Zhuhai Basketball Association is a purely folk sports association. Especially in Zhuhai, a new city, there are not many senior and large enterprises, and it is bound to limit the development of basketball to represent only one unit. Therefore, we believe that cbo Open will allow more people to be free from identity restrictions, and bosses who are rich and interested in basketball can freely organize teams to participate in the competition, which is suitable for the development of Zhuhai basketball market. In XX, the City Basketball Association dared to try, boldly reformed and participated in the first cbo China Amateur Basketball Open. In the first year, we signed up 26 teams to participate in the competition. However, we made a fuss about increasing publicity and developing cbo interactive activities to let the people gradually understand cbo. We arranged the competition not to be held every week, which would not affect the work and study of the participating teams, but also allow more citizens to watch and participate in the interactive activities. From the organization of Zhuhai Division to the way of competition, it has been recognized by all participating enterprises and grassroots groups in the city. Zhuhai Division has also been awarded the title of National Excellent Division by cbo Organizing Committee, and Zhuhai Duty Free Basketball Team, which represented Zhuhai in the national finals, has also won the championship of the first China Amateur Basketball Open. The municipal government and the Municipal Sports Bureau have given awards to Zhuhai duty-free basketball team with great fanfare, which has also enhanced the confidence of enterprises in carrying out mass sports.

Through the influence of cbo events in the first year, enterprises attach importance to cbo as a platform for sports events. They have asked basketball associations to help enterprises form basketball teams, use sports to promote the development of corporate culture, and use sports to enhance the cohesion of enterprises. In order to make the cbo bigger and stronger and expand the coverage of Zhuhai Division to neighboring cities, teams from Guangzhou, Zhaoqing and Macau also signed up for the Zhuhai cbo Division this year. The CBO National Finals is the highest-level and largest national competition in China Amateur Basketball Open. This is the first time in the history of Zhuhai basketball to host such a high-standard event, which reflects the high trust of the Basketball Management Center of the General Administration and the cbo Organizing Committee in Zhuhai.
