In this beautiful and sunny season, I am very honored to follow the preschool education team of the High-tech Zone on a three-day study trip to Zhengze Kindergarten in Danyang City. On the morning of April 15, with the breeze, we walked into this garden with a long cultural history. As soon as I stepped into the gate of the kindergarten, I was attracted by the environment full of autonomy, nature, harmony and love: the lush greenery that came to my face made people relax; The various interactions between people and between homes, as well as the traces of every principal and every teacher who has struggled in Zhengze Garden are engraved in it, exuding a strong cultural atmosphere; the activity space is connected, and every corner of the kindergarten has been engraved in it. After three days of study - "brainstorming", I gained a lot.

? 1. Go into the class and observe and promote growth

? This time, I will observe the one-day activities of the Primary 3 class. Needless to say, the rich materials in the area and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. One thing that impressed me deeply was the "Weather Record" event. Teacher Zhang guided the children to change the "weather baby" and hoped that they would choose the "cloudy baby". Faced with the little boy's insistence on choosing "Cloudy Baby", Teacher Zhang asked everyone: "Is it right? Is it right? Do you think it is right?" The same goes for afternoon activities.

For example, it rained at 3:31 pm on April 16, and the teacher guided the children to pack up their outdoor equipment and use the ladder to enter class.
