I. Provisions on the Administration of Non-motor Vehicles for Teachers and Students

(1) Bicycle bells, brakes, racks and locks of teachers and students who ride bicycles must be complete and effective.

(4) The bicycle must be locked after parking. The school will not be responsible for any bicycle that is parked, misplaced, unlocked, invalid or not locked in time after parking, or stolen.

(5) It is forbidden for students to ride motorcycles and electric cars to enter the campus.

(6) Ride the car away after school or holidays, and don't store it in the carport. In case of special circumstances, you must inform the security guard and register, otherwise you will bear the consequences.

Two, the school staff motor vehicle management regulations

(2) No honking is allowed in the school, no motor vehicles are allowed to enter the school track and field, and no students are allowed to enter the campus path and grass to prevent environmental damage and greening.

(3) The motorcycle is parked in the designated teacher's carport. Please park your vehicle in the designated parking space, neatly, horizontally and in the middle of the parking space, so as not to hinder others from parking.

(5) If a motor vehicle damages public or private property on campus, violates traffic regulations, crushes the pavement and lawn of pedestrians and causes traffic accidents, it must make compensation according to regulations and bear corresponding responsibilities.

Three, off-campus vehicles into the school management regulations

(a) without approval, campus vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus. No parking at the school gate.

(2) All personnel and vehicles entering the campus must abide by the traffic laws and regulations.

(three) all kinds of vehicles entering and leaving the school gate must obey the command of the guard on duty and the personnel on duty, and consciously accept the inquiry and inspection; When riding a bike or motorcycle in and out of school, you should get off.

(four) after entering the campus, all kinds of vehicles must follow the prescribed route and speed, and are not allowed to honk their horns or park in non-parking areas.

(five) without approval, no unit or individual may occupy the road for assembly or cultural and sports activities.

(six) no unit or individual may damage or dismantle or move the traffic facilities and signs in the school without authorization.

(seven) it is forbidden for any unit or individual to break the road at will, pile up materials on the road, occupy the road and other acts that hinder traffic; With the approval of the principal's office to occupy roads or carry out road construction, the construction unit shall set up obvious safety warning signs at the scene.

(2) The vehicle is running

2. It is strictly forbidden to practice driving and test braking in driving without a license and on campus; The driver's license must be within the validity period of the annual inspection and conform to the type of motor vehicle being driven; It is forbidden to drink and drive.

3. Motorcycles, electric cars and mopeds are strictly prohibited on campus; Users who commute must park at the designated location.

4, infrastructure, maintenance and other engineering vehicles must go through the formalities of examination and approval and certification to the relevant departments before entering and leaving the campus, and drive in the engineering area and the designated route.

(3) Vehicle parking

1. Motor vehicles must be parked at designated places, and it is strictly prohibited to park and put them on prohibited areas and roads.

2. Motor vehicles that need to enter the campus for official business or counseling work shall be driven slowly along the designated route by the school police and parked at the designated place.

3. When the vehicle is parked, be sure to tighten the handbrake, close the circuit and lock the doors and windows to ensure safety.

4. It is forbidden to park all kinds of vehicles at school gates, intersections, fire hydrants 15 meters to ensure smooth fire exits.

5. Vehicles of other units are not allowed to park overnight on campus, and special circumstances must be approved by the Academic Affairs Office.
