How to use WPS mail merge to mass-produce employee badges with photos?

1. Create a new word document and create a table, as shown below. This is the pattern of the badge we will make.

2. To start the mail merge, in the Start Mail Merge command group under the Mail tab above, click Start Mail Merge, and then click Letter.

3. Then select "Use existing list" among the selected recipients. Find the excel data that we have edited. Then insert the merge field in the corresponding area of the table. Just select "Name" and "Work Number" here.

4. Insert a picture. Here's a trick. We choose the location where the picture should be inserted, and then click the Document Part command in the Text Commands group on the Insert tab, and then click Fields.

5. In the pop-up dialog box, select the IncludePicture shown below, and then fill in any file name or URL, such as "gif".

6. The following effect will pop up. Click the inserted error message, press shift+F9 to switch to the field code, select "pic" appearing in the table, click Insert Merge Field in the mail tab, and select the photo name in the pop-up drop-down menu.

7. Save this document to be unified with photos, select All and press F9 to update All so that all photos can be displayed.
